He was a very good host. He had placed a lot of helpful informations in the house regarding the life in Sevilla. The house was nice. It had everything you needed and more. I really reccomend here for anybody who is coming to Sevilla!

Great hosts and a great place to stay. We have a large family, and had room for all the kids! Great walking distance to everything in town! The air conditioning works well which is important in Sevilla. Simple, yet clean and hosts were great. I highly recommend!!!

Alonso and Rocío were wonderful hosts—friendly, responsive, and detail-oriented. The house was beautiful, spacious, and peaceful at night. Almost everything was within a 30 min walk. The space looked exactly like the photos. The stairs might be a bit tricky for really young kids, but otherwise, it was very comfortable. The AC kept cool through a heatwave, and the shower had consistent hot water 😎 Staying at their place felt more like visiting friends than booking a rental. If not for the space, book it for the hosts– Rocío made a real effort to make us feel at home. She genuinely cared about our well-being, and it really showed.

Gracia was very helpful throughout our stay. Provided us with many restaurant recommendations, local activities and day trip ideas. He is polite and communicates well - both Spanish and English. Would stay here again or suggest it to others in my circle. Thanks again Gracia!!

We had an incredible stay! The location is perfect, on a quiet street with many restaurants and bars around the corner and very walkable to downtown! The apartment was very clean! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful! the roof top deck was a great bonus! would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Sevilla!

Enjoyed our short stay in Seville. The apartment met our family of fours needs with regards to space and amenities, and its location next to the Setas made it very easy for us to walk to the main attractions and to explore the city. Adelaida was a very communicative & responsive host and helped us settle in. The only complaint was that the central aircon system struggled to keep the place vey cool during the extreme heatwave we faced in June (especially the upstairs). But the plunge pool came in very handy to cool off. Overall clean & modern and a convenient base to explore Seville and its surroundings. would love to come back & would recommend.

Absolutely Perfect Stay in Sevilla! We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment near the cathedral. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Seville, within easy walking distance to all the main sights, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself was really nice: clean, stylish, and very comfortable. One of the highlights was the lovely roof terrace—perfect for relaxing with a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. We were warmly welcomed by our host, Irene, who was absolutely lovely. She was incredibly helpful, offering great tips and making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Seville!

A lovely sized apartment with plenty of room to stretch out. Big living area and lounge. Air conditioner was great and cooled the house down well along with the block out shutters. Needed when Seville was 40deg all week. Supermarket just around the corner. Easy walking to the many sites and train / bus stations.

Highly recommend! This apartment was perfect for our stay — clean, spacious, and in an unbeatable location right in the heart of everything. It’s just a short walk to major sights, with fantastic restaurants and bars just steps away. Despite being so central, the apartment is surprisingly quiet, making it easy to get a restful night’s sleep. We had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was good, the only thing that could be improved was the noise at night that disturbed to sleep well. But it’s Seville, so we were ok!

This is the second time I've been here and it's still amazing. Once again I was welcomed by Ana, who is adorable, great communication with Sofia and the view of the Santa Ana church is as beautiful as ever. In short: it feels like home!
