Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Isla de La Cartuja

Great hosts and a great place to stay. We have a large family, and had room for all the kids! Great walking distance to everything in town! The air conditioning works well which is important in Sevilla. Simple, yet clean and hosts were great. I highly recommend!!!

Wir waren sehr begeistert von diesem schönen Haus in der Nähe von Sevilla. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub benötigt. Es war alles blitzesauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Check-In lief ganz einfach über einen Code, den wir im Vorfeld erhalten haben und alle Fragen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung ca. 11 km von Sevilla entfernt. Mit dem Auto ist die Stadt problemlos zu erreichen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel haben wir nicht benutzt. In der Gegend gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants die man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichen kann, ebenfalls sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Es war leider zu kalt aber der vorhandene Pool lädt im Sommer zum verweilen ein und der Sitzbereich auf dem Dach ist einfach ein Traum. Diesen konnten wir ausgiebig nutzen und haben es geliebt. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und wir bedanken uns recht herzlich, dass wir dieses Haus mieten konnten.

Loved the location. The house was charming and we felt very secure (double gates and double locks) even though the neighborhood seemed safe. They had air conditioning in each room which was nice on those hot days in Sevilla. Loved the kitchen layout and the overall charm of the house. Our group of 10 felt at home and had lots of areas to congregate. Definitely would recommend.

Amazing place with a great location

The location was incredible, walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to see. Manuel was also extremely friendly and helpful with local recommendations. Would highly recommend this place.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, in einem tollen Quartier gelegen, man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen. Sauber, mit allem eingerichtet was man und Frau benötigt. Herzige Begrüßung im Kühlschrank, wir durften sogar unsere Koffer noch länger als geplant stehen lassen was der aufmerksam ist. herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

Logement facile d’accès entrée autonome. Emplacement situé à deux minutes à pied de la Feria ( marché local ) proche de toutes commodités pour accéder aux endroits plus touristiques il faut compter trente minutes à pied, climatisation très appréciable ( 41 degrés au mois de Juin) quartier calme et paisible , logement propre et spacieux . Gros coup de cœur pour cette ville historique , ambiance tapas & flamenco à des prix très accessibles 💃🏼

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Seville! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city, within easy walking distance to all the major attractions, great restaurants, and charming local spots. The apartment itself was stylish, clean, and comfortable, with two beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms that made it perfect for traveling with friends or family. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged to make our stay seamless. We really appreciated the host’s attention to detail and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Seville. Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect location. Felt right at home right away. Lovely Triana location. Sofia explained the parking garage and access to apartment which made it easy to use. Jacuzzi was a bonus.

Lovely apartment, in a fabulous area, all the best places to visit easily walkable. Very quiet and pleasant area felt safe and secure. Towels and bed linen changed every other day, apartment kept neat and clean by Vanessa ( coffee pods topped up and many extras supplied) Rosa gave us helpful, friendly advice, and was quick to answer messages. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment as a great place to stay.

Lovely apartment in the center of Seville within walking distance of all the main sights and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and has a stunning view and large outdoor terrace. Marta was very communicative and was kind enough to let us know that we could check in a little early on our day of arrival. Highly recommend!

We had wonderful stay at Rafael’s appartement. Looked exactly as in the pictures shown. Perfectly located within walking distance of all main sights in town and near a lot of nice restaurants (list of recommendations provided by Rafael). Very nicely welcomed and flexible for check-in. Quiet location in the middle of town.

Maria’s apartment is absolutely charming and so is she. We had a perfect trip to Seville, thanks to the apartment’s comfort and location. We walked to everything and enjoyed biking as well. The layout was excellent for our family of 5 and we appreciated the chic but eclectic style. We loved the balconies and roof deck. The AC kept us very cool during very hot days. The stairs were no problem for us as we did not have any mobility issues within our group. Maria couldn’t have been a more thoughtful or considerate host. We felt so much warmth and deeply welcomed. Absolutely loved staying here for a week! The space was clean, had good airflow (and aircon for hot days), and a nice new modern design. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and made for really good sleeps at night. The terrace is incredible - it has everything you need to eat outside, sit in the sun, and the cold outside shower was a nice touch for when you want to cool down. The area is great - very local, there is a market nearby with fresh produce and food, a bakery for morning bread, lots of little tapas bars, and couple blocks away is a long avenue with lots of restaurants. It’s about 20-25 mins walk to the very centre, and there is also a nice running or walking route along the river. The host was great - easy to communicate with, and the flat was quiet and very comfortable. Would highly recommend as a place to unwind.

Una estadía estupenda! Sevilla es un encanto y el apartamento en la mejor ubicación posible, hermoso y muy cómodo, Eva es una anfitriona de lujo, siempre muy atenta y pendiente de nosotros, nos dió recomendaciones increíbles, la pasamos genial en Sevilla, volveremos!!!

Great location and Lauren was absolutely awesome in assisting with everything including being very proactive in assisting with our stay and activities to do while at Seville.

The condo was lovely and perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed having 2 bathrooms, and the sleeping arrangements were just fine for us. Auxi greeted us when we arrived and was very helpful with instructions about the condo as well as local recommendations. Finally, the LOCATION was perfect!!!! We were so close to everything (restaurants and attractions) but also it was a quiet area in the evenings. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Everything was good, the only thing that could be improved was the noise at night that disturbed to sleep well. But it’s Seville, so we were ok!

This is the second time I've been here and it's still amazing. Once again I was welcomed by Ana, who is adorable, great communication with Sofia and the view of the Santa Ana church is as beautiful as ever. In short: it feels like home!
