Monthly Rentals in Isola Sant'Andrea

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by this beautiful apartment. The location, the beautiful stylish decor and everything you need was present (incl washing machine). Don't worry that the apartment is on a main road, because when the doors are closed, you won't notice it, and it is wonderful to sleep in a very good bed and then wake up in the morning with a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment is within walking distance between 2 cozy lively villages where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset in clear weather. Furthermore, Maurizio and Sasena have created a nice information folder with valuable tips for things to do in the area. Apart from all these beautiful things, it is Maurizio and Sasena themselves who have made the difference for us. Through their personal attention, enthusiasm and spontaneity, they did everything to make you feel a bit like a Salento dreamer, and that certainly succeeded. What a lovely, sweet, warm couple. the apartment is generally good. quiet, calm and cozy. cons: this is not exactly the apartment from the photos. in reality, there is no window in the kitchen at all, only a small one on the roof, and there is only 1 window in the bedroom, not 2. this is a photo of another apartment similar to this one. also, the bathroom smells unpleasantly of sewage and there is very little space there. literally a large person will hardly be able to get into the shower. and in the bedroom, the cleaner sprayed a terrible air freshener and this smell did not disappear. I had a headache from it. pros: the host is very friendly and very responsive. the location of the apartment is also gorgeous. and the roof has a gorgeous view of the sunset.

Martas apartment was really lovely and she was a great host! The place had everything you needed and was directly opposite the natural swimming pool. We would 100% recommend staying here!

Perfect! We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Alessandro was a great host, he arranged a shuttle for us from Lecce to drop us right outside of the front door which is ideal as not sure how we would have got there from the train station. He was waiting for us and gave us a personal tour of the apartment and how everything worked so there was no trying to work it all out on our own. The terrace was an absolute delight! It is in the heart of the old town with many bars and restaurants just steps away which was wonderful! I would highly recommend a stay and hope to go back myself one day.
