The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

A stone house built at the end of the 18th century, whose restoration was completed in 2017, perfect for those looking for peace and tranquility, but also an ideal base to visit the Maggiore and Orta lakes and the Ossola, Formazza valleys and other places of cultural and naturalistic interest.

Welcome to the House of Sveva, a magical place with a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore. Located on the top floor of a building from the 19th century, it has just been renovated and is complete with every comfort (air conditioning in every room, TV, kitchen complete with dishwasher). A few steps from home you will find the ferry stop for the Borromean Islands, some of the best seafood restaurants in the area, a boat rental and an equipped beach.

The room was designed by architect Judith Byberg; it embraces an eco-sustainable idea, welcoming guests in a romantic and design atmosphere. It is located in the historic center, in an old courtyard. The lake can be reached with a pleasant walk of about 500 meters.
