With its unique 1900 Venetian palace style, Arco is situated in the most charming Rovinj cobbled street. Boats for islands with top beaches are just a few steps away, as is the sunny promenade by the sea.

Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Casa Zen dista 200 m dalla splendida Piazza Unità d'Italia, 100 m dal Canale Ponterosso, Piazza della Borsa e a 1 minuto da Molo Audace. Dalla stazione ferroviaria si arriva a piedi in 5/10 minuti.

It is located in the port of Valdibora at the main entrance to the pedestrian zone and the city center. It can be accessed by car, and parking at an affordable price is behind the building. The apartment has a balcony with a beautiful sea view, lots of large windows, has just been renovated, equipped with new furniture.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk.
