Comfortable apartment P+1 in a completely renovated karst house in Sežana. Bedroom on the first floor. Additional sofa bed in the bedroom dimensions 80x180cm for an additional charge. There is free parking and a large meadow in front of the apartment. The apartment has its own entrance and a mini-fitness room. You will be greeted with a "Welcome basket" with local delicacies upon arrival. Skate park and sports field are located in the immediate vicinity. We offer free bicycle rental for our guests. The location offers a great starting point for excursions.

City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

A home to stay with friends or family, on the top floor, bright and quiet, in a period house in the center of Trieste. Pieces of Design Made in Trieste are mixed with recovery items. At the entrance you will find a selection of restaurant and shopping tickets with a discount for you! Ceilings almost 4 meters high and 90 square meters, many cuddles available and since April 2024 I have replaced two sofa beds with comfortable and comfortable beds with exceptional mattresses!

Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (2.5€ per adult person per day) is included in the price.

Top relax house

Extremly relaxing destination. We are located in the top of the hill in a very quiet place, surrounded with pure nature. You can enjoy observing sun rises and sun sets, together with delicious local food & wine... and simply relax. Or, you can choose more active stay while exploring neighborhood walking on food paths all arround, cycling or running. Your stay will be very calm as your holidays should be. Also, our stay is just 15 min drive to Coast and city centres.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Attic apartment with its own entrance, large balcony & hidden terrace: a unique view over the Adriatic sea. Children & pets friendly, located just 10 min walk from Piran' s city center, but up on a hill. Very quiet area to relax and enjoy. Parking place in shade is in front of the house, which is rare for Piran' s area. The view is breathtaking! Quite and green neighbourhood. Perfect stay for families.
