Outside a common kitchen and the bathrooms with hot water. In our huge garden, a nice summer pool, a patio, & common areas to socialize. All around, we produce our organic food, and very often, we organize collective dinners and parties. We are not only close to Venice , but also in the middle of a region rich of history with 5 Unesco heritages

Attention: this is a remote and isolated place: the road to get there is an unpaved road, narrow mountain not recommended for low cars. You can also walk in 20' leaving a car in nearby parking.

Here are some highlights: Air conditioning, oak floors, plot with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, outdoor toilet, discreet garden lighting, lawn and sea view. An almost private sandy beach is only 300m away, a great restaurant on the most beautiful beach in Sardinia, Tuerredda, is only about 1 km away. The photos say the rest.

This shepherd's hut is 3.90 meters long and 1.85 meters wide, at the front a terrace of 1.80 by 1.95 meters, and on the side over the entire length another terrace with table and parasol. You can park next to the cabin, and you can use the bathroom as shown in the photos, the bathroom with the azure tiles.
