Holiday rentals with a pool in İzmir

Ms. Semiha and her family were very helpful. The house is close to the center of Alaçatı in a place with no parking problems very close to the markets. The pool is clean and comfortable because it is in a location that is not more visible than the surroundings. It's a very nice option for vacation with the family. Highly recommend. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. An absolute dream in Alacati! This villa was truly a highlight of our vacation! The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures – the large pool and the lovingly designed outdoor area invite you to relax from morning to evening. Everything is well maintained and high quality. The interiors are modern, tastefully furnished and lacks nothing. We were particularly enthusiastic about the fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances – perfect for cooking together for the whole family. In the evening we almost always ate outside, overlooking the pool – simply fantastic! The location is also unbeatable: in a few minutes you are at the most beautiful beaches in the area or in Alacati for strolling and eating. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

Lovely town house with the most helpful, kind hosts.

We had a great stay at Alison’s place. The sunset views were amazing from the pool area and it was a good base to explore the Ephesus ruins. The house was clean and comfortable. Weather ruined our plans for a beach day in Kusadasi but Alison was helpful with suggestions. We did find taxi drivers and operators on our own that were more inexpensive than her suggestions so that’s something to keep in mind. There were a few negatives. The place was clean though it had a strange smell we couldn’t put our finger on in the bedrooms. And being in the pool area you realized you have neighbors right above you so it doesn’t feel very private since we did hear them one day as well. Lastly, the neighborhood the house is in itself is not the prettiest. We never felt unsafe walking though and it’s a 8 minute or so walk to a busy area of delicious restaurants. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay but it was the most expensive accommodation in our 10 days in Turkey so unsure of value.

We stayed for the first time, but it will never be the last. If you want me to rest your head and be affordable, you can choose. Ms. Ece responded to all our questions at any time. We did not have any problems with the pool, it had a temperature of 25 degrees when the weather was 6 degrees. You can safely choose

During our stay, we felt like we were at home... they were very caring. The house was clean in general, the beds were carefully prepared. The pool was clean. We had everything we needed at home. I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV and basic necessities made the stay even more pleasant. The value for money was excellent. I can highly recommend Özerk's apartment and will definitely stay here again on a next visit.
