Loved the house it was perfect for what we needed. Pool was nice and clean . Very quiet neighborhood. I would stay here again.

We so enjoyed our stay at Gary's home!!! Once or twice each year we find a central location for our Florida and South Carolina children and grandchildren to be together. Gary's beautiful home on one of the most gorgeous lots on the lake was the perfect accommodation. Everything was exactly as advertised! The space was ideal for 7 adults and 3 grandchildren. You can expect exactly what you see in the photos and even more impressive in person! We enjoyed relaxing on the dock, in the hammock & sitting by the lake at sunset. Gary was the perfect host! Mark’s home was a peaceful retreat in the heart of Decatur. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet while Atlanta lays about 20 minutes away. It was easy to navigate to downtown attractions during the day while enjoying nature in the evenings. One night we even enjoyed lightning bugs! Mark was very kind to allow our fur-kids to come and they were relaxed in the space as well. The windows in the primary suite made it feel like a spa. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and will look to return on our next trip.

This lovely cottage is in the perfect location, close to Grant Park and the Zoo, and is an easy drive to amenities such as grocery stores and restaurants. The house has a great backyard, is in a peaceful neighborhood and backs onto an urban garden/park which was a perfect place to walk my pup. The house itself is very comfortable with a great kitchen and living area. The description of the property was perfect, the instructions to find and enter the house were spot on and the hosts were great communicators, and responded quickly to any question I had. I highly recommend this spot, and hope to be back when I next visit Atlanta, if it is available!

Great place to stay, clean, easy to find, reasonable price, close to the square, nothing bad to say at all!

Great location, quiet and convenient. Publix a short walk, along with restaurants and other points of interest. Parking was accessible. Did not enjoy the amenities of the building but nice to have.

I was completely amazed at how much bigger the place was outside of the gorgeous pics. We came with our dog and because of the new atmosphere we were able to easily enroll our dog in the Luck and Lady doggie daycare right across the street. Everything was clean and super comfortable. Great for entertaining small group of guests. Movies and grocery store right act the street along with different gyms and healthy food options. Less than 20 mins from almost everything! We went to ATL Zoo, Cascade Skating, Lenox Mall…despite ATL traffic it was a breeze getting back and forth. The pool was gated and enclosed in a garden area with plenty of shade and seating gave a very peaceful atmosphere. I will be definitely booking here again!

Everything was great. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The location is perfect and so close to many things. Must check out the aquarium, the Krog, beltline, plus many more attractions!

Jonathan’s place is convenient, functional and well-stocked. I was recovering from surgery while I was there, and the first floor location and comfortable furnishings were just what I needed. Jonathan replied quickly to any questions. Would stay there again (although, next time preferably without the surgery!)

We had an excellent stay. We went for my daughter’s Senior trip. 4 of us. It was perfect. The pool was beautiful and well maintained. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate for the pool use but we did get to utilize the hot tub and it was nice and relaxing. The house is beautiful, clean, and appears new. Just as described. It’s private and peaceful. The host was very welcoming and answered quickly. We had absolutely no issues. About 35 minutes from Covington, which was our main reason for visit (Mystic Falls, Vampire Diaries) and 45 minutes from Aquarium. I would definitely recommend this place. ❤️❤️

We were in Atlanta for only a couple of nights for a concert. We absolutely loved our stay! I’ve stayed in lots of airbnbs but my husband is usually hard to please — but even he thoroughly enjoyed the place. We had everything we needed. Jennifer was extremely responsive. It was quiet, very comfortable bed, a full kitchen in this tiny home, plenty of nice towels for the shower, and coffee pods for the keurig. We were super close to everything we wanted to do! My husband mainly wanted to check out some local vinyl record stores and we were within an 8 minute drive to a lot of those! I would 100% stay here again when we come back to Atlanta. One of the best experiences I’ve had!

Hosts responsive and attentive. Home is excellent for kids. The den is far enough away from the other living area that noise isn’t a problem. Adequate basic startups included.

Clean and quiet place to stay. Will be back in the near future

Very welcoming little cottage.. it was clean and smelled nice.. lots of little gestures that made a big difference (like having footies and flip flops available for your use as soon as you enter the home) overall we would stay here again!

Fantastic location and very close to the Beltline with lots of great restaurants, cafes and bars. Old Fourth Ward is beautiful, walkable and very peaceful. Derry is a great host! Will stay there again next time we are in ATL!

We were very comfortable for two nights in this clean and tastefully decorated older home in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood where most homes have hangars in addition to garages. We enjoyed evening walks and after evening rain showers we were even blessed to see a rainbow over the private airstrip runway. This home was conveniently located for us to get to see family in McDonough, GA. nearby.

Jaya's place is even nicer in person than in the pictures! 3 of us stayed and had a small handful of work colleagues over some of the evenings and it was perfect. The house is large and open and has a beautiful deck and garden for a great indoor/outdoor experience. Also very conveniently located and walkable. Would absolutely stay again when I'm visiting ATL for work!

had a couple of issues but Steve was right on top of it and helped make our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. we will want to stay again

We had a great time. Our local family visited us while we were there and enjoyed the farm as much as we did. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the porch, fishing, and enjoying family. The house and property is beautiful. I hope we can return soon.

Great stay ! We were here just passing by for a night . Everything was just as described, cozy accommodations and great host. There was candy on the counter and my kids really appreciated that! Overall wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this stay !
