This cute space is attached to our home yet has complete privacy. there is one bedroom with one queen size bed The living area has a dual reclining sofa and chair so comfy to watch tv or sit by the fireplace on chilly nights. The main living space also has a table and chairs to enjoy meals or use as workspace. kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker , coffee , microwave, toaster oven, and mini-fridge. There is a cooktop in the apartment. Great location only 6 blocks from the beach.1

We have had the past owners of the house and guest who have stayed in the Casita tell us stories about the band setting up their equipment in the backyard and playing their music.
