This place was a perfect place to stay by Jax beach. We were able to walk to restaurants and they even offered us bikes. They were super friendly and made sure we had a great stay. I would definitely stay here again. Very nice neighborhood. We had a very nice weekend getaway.

We had such a great time here! The house is lovely with a fantastic front yard facing the beach. Christina was very accommodating & went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable & enjoying our vacation. Hope to come back here again!

My husband and I have stayed at this air b&b several times while visiting family in the area. It is always clean and comfortable. The location is prefect to go to St. Augustine or stay in the Ponte Verde area. We can’t wait to return!

This was such a wonderful stay. It was very easy to find the entrance, to get the key and get in, and check out was so simple! The neighborhood is safe and close to downtown, the room was exactly how it was described, with your own AC unit to stay cool, absolutely no bugs, proper curtains for privacy, and plenty of towels, toilet paper, soap, and a mini fridge was a nice touch! The bed was comfy and overall I just loved how cute and perfect the space was for me for a one night stay! Lastly, I have to mention how kind the tenants were there, when my car got stuck in a ditch by the house and a huge rock was under it, the two women spent 2 hours with me getting my car unstuck without any damage so I could drive 5 hours home the next day. Overall I felt absolutely at home here, they were so kind and so generous and it was the guardian angels I needed that day. If you’re debating staying here for an unbeatable price- just do it!

We'd lived in Fernandina Beach for almost ten years and knew the area. We were going back to visit friends over Memorial Day weekend and wanted somewhere away from all the tourists, somewhere peaceful, quiet and beautiful. Bert's place filled our needs beautifully. The apartment is the top floor of a garage/guest house uphill from Bert's house. Down the hill is the Bell's River, a narrow tidal stream. Right by the water are a couple of wooden Adirondack chairs. It's a lovely place to sit with a book and a cup of coffee or a cool drink, looking across the river at a salt marsh and the shorebirds. Inside the apartment was everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and pleasant, the kitchen was minimalist but all we needed to supplement the meals we ate in town, and we enjoyed sitting in the living room and streaming TV. Outside the door were a couple of lawn chairs where we drank coffee and ate breakfast. It was just what we wanted.

Very nice place and I excellent location. Easy to communicate with and responsive. Highly recommend and hope we have the occasion to come back and stay again!

This Airbnb was perfect! It was exactly what me and my fiancé needed when visiting Jacksonville. It was in the perfect location! A very short walk to the beach and to local food stores. Jennifer was a great host! She was very responsive and helpful. The place was so cute and very clean.

Wonderful space in idyllic location with lovely host. Jolene’s place had everything you need for a beautiful trip to the beach. The location is as good as it gets. You’re as close to the beach as you can be without getting wet. Great private deck serves as your living room with comfy chairs and fantastic views. Kitchen is small but extremely well stocked and all you need for a few days at the beach. We used the grill one night and that worked perfectly. Washer/dryer came in handy. Plenty of fridge space. Beach chairs and boogie boards came in handy, too, and my wife made me mention that the bed was BY FAR the nicest bed at any place we have ever stayed. Jolene couldn’t be a nicer person. This is a great place to just take it easy and enjoy the good life. Great stay!!

Yoe’s airbnb was SO clean, cute, and convenient. A lot of “extra’s” were available: toothbrush, toothpaste, nail brush, bathroom hand soap, and liquid soap, etc. It was nicely decorated. the kitchenette was small, but had everything we needed. The next time I am in Jacksonville, I would love to stay in Yoe’s Airbnb!

Awesome location as condo was perfect for my husband and I to spend the week at the beach. For the past couple of years we got a hotel but decided to try a condo instead, it worked out much better. Cindys place was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks!

We stayed at Kim's Florida Sunshine for 8 weeks while we were having our kitchen renovated. It was like being on vacation even though we were less than a mile from our home, because the backyard is like an oasis with the trees and pool even Rocky, the official greeter cat, is chill and friendly and Kim is an awesome host!

Kayla always responded on time, whenever I asked a question. It was easy to get in and out. Her place was clean and convenient. She is a great host!

We had a great time here with our kid. The place was very special. It is located in a nice neighborhood. It has a charming and cozy farmhouse style with modern design. It’s very peaceful. Dana was very responsive and flexible when we had to delay our trip.
