We had a Wonderful Family vacation with our dogs here! The House was very clean, very close to the beach! The Kitchen very well stocked! Very Private and clean beach. Can't wait to return next year! Owner was also very responsive and helpful. Great great experience! Highly recommend for families and pets!

10/10 stay — would 100% stay again! I had flight delays and needed to push back my check-in and check-out date by a day and Jason and Erin were so accommodating and communicative. The house was even more gorgeous in person and extremely clean. Had everything we could've needed and more including beach gear. The pool was absolutely ideal & the beach was so close! Very clear instructions. Check-out procedures were a breeze. Thank you both!

We had a great stay here and will definitely be returning soon! The beach area was not crowded at all and the sand is nice and soft and great for kids. Plenty of restaurants close by and house has everything you need!

The house was great. It is very old so expect that. And it is run by a service which although they seem like a good service is not always very personal. Location was perfect for a quick walk to the beach. We were there in off season so it was quiet. Lighting in the house is poor. Fan clickers don’t all work or are missing in some rooms so many of us could not use our fans in bedrooms or we couldn’t turn on a light in living room without fan on full blast. Porch with tables is perfect for big family. Kitchen has a lot of pots and pans and stuff for cooking. No beach cups. Overall we would definitely stay again.

This was our second time staying at Heidi’s place and it was even better than we remembered. We felt right at home! The house is the perfect size for the two of us and our little dog. 360 degree views of the gorgeous beach can’t be beat. The home is so thoughtfully decorated and the floor plan is super spacious for this small beach home. We cannot wait to come back again soon. Thank you so much!

This home was absolutely wonderful! Everything was as described, and easy to access. Tim and Melody were extremely responsive from the moment we booked until after we left. The neighborhood is so peaceful and the golf cart was a huge bonus to get to the beach at the end of the street, too! We would definitely stay there again!

My husband and I brought our two kids with their friends to the beach and stayed at Derek’s Airbnb. It worked out perfectly for us. It had everything we needed. It was clean, it was a short walk to the beach, and it entertained them after a beach day. Derek was quick to respond to any questions that I had for him. Directions to the Airbnb and how to get in was an easy process. I would definitely come back to Derek’s Airbnb. Thank you for everything!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The host was very responsive and provided some good info and recommendations in the local area. The pool was great, the beds were comfortable, and the house was nicely decorated.

I have no words to describe how great I felt at Ryan’s house. The place is very cozy and has everything you need to feel even better than at home. The location is excellent—we went to the beach using the bikes available at the property, and it's also within walking distance. The house is spotless, the beds are comfortable, and the sheets smelled amazing. Ryan answered my questions promptly and was always very attentive. I definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be coming back.

our stay here was amazing! the place was clean and host was very nice and communicated regularly. it is just a short walk to a beautiful beach too. pool was nice, hot and clean. lots of little extra things like spices, ziplock bags, dish soap, and body care. the location couldn't have been more perfect for what we had wanted. thanks for a great stay!!

My husband and I and our two children stayed at Ty’s for a week. When we arrived, the check in process was clearly written and was a smooth process. Ty even brought extra pool floats and games/puzzles for my kiddos which was very kind. There had been a storm the day before we got there so there was a lot of debris at the bottom of the pool. There were not many pool cleaning devices available so I reached out to him- unfortunately the pool cleaning company only comes on Tuesdays. He did provide me instruction on how to use the cleaner but I was not comfortable doing so so we just dealt with the debris. Otherwise, Ty was always promptly responsive. The house was fully equipped with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Kristie's place was an incredible find for my family and I, we enjoyed the pool so much and also such a thoughtful host to leave snacks for not only the kids but our weenie dog too! Jacksonville Beach is such an awsome place to visit and vacation thank you Kristie for such an accommodating experience. Highly recommend this home for anyone's vacation!

This house was perfect for our week stay. It was beautifully decorated and has to be one of the most stocked Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! It felt like home. The pool was great and had plenty of comfortable seating in the backyard. My kids loved the playroom! Highly recommend! We would definitely stay again in the future!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here. The property was just as pictured and described, everything we could need or want during our stay was there and available- fully stocked kitchen, beach toys and chairs, bikes. Check in was seamless and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We travel to Jacksonville a lot and will certainly be back!

The perfect house for a long weekend away! House had everything we needed, including beach chairs and bikes for cruising around the area! Everything was very clean, and just as described. Would definitely stay again for another trip to Jax!

Alissa's place was absolutely perfect location wise and everything else wise. The place is super clean and she has everything you can possible need somewhere JUST ASK and she'll tell you where to find what. The house is really nice and spacious in a lovely neighborhood. Whole foods is close-by and she recommended the bolder bean for coffee and it was so good! I was there with my dad for the mayo clinic and the house was a short drive to cvs whole foods and the mayo clinic.

Everything about this location is absolutely awesome, the atmosphere was peaceful, the area was pretty convenient to Everything from restaurants to grocery stores. the place was absolutely beautiful, would definitely recommend to stay. For me and my family we have a 3 yr old & a 7 yr old that love to play, unfortunately keeping them rascals quite without the echos in the hallway were our only struggles... lol.. but from there we ABSOLUTELY LOVED this stay. Thank you & Great Job..

This retreat was great, had all the small touches that make a short term renal great from the clean oversized towels to the mints on the pillows. From a cleanliness perspective this place was the equivalent to staying at a Waldorf Astoria hotel. My now wife and I stayed here the night of our wedding and Lori was more than just responsive, doing multiple things to make our stay special. Thank you Lori.

This place worked out well for our family of four. Beach was a super short walk and having the towels, cart, chairs and umbrella to borrow makes for less to pack. Outside shower is useful and found the little outside seating area pretty pleasant in the morning because it's shaded when the sun is on the other side. Balconies are best for the afternoon/evening. Biggest complaints would be that the main bedroom door sticks bad enough that it will wake up your partner if you exit the room while they're sleeping. And the bathroom exhaust fan didn't seem to work. Shower was spacious with a powerful head though. All in all we felt like it was a good value and would definitely come back.
