From the terrace you can admire the lake landscape or forest life. The sauna is right next to the beach, you can go rowing or fishing by boat or paddle board. Even in winter, you can always go swimming. In the yard, you will find, for example, a gas grill and a charcoal grill, as well as a campfire place. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

The log house has fresh air, you get a good night's sleep. A respite from the hustle and bustle. The location is central: 1 hour drive to Helsinki, 30 min to Hyvinkää, Hämeenlinna 40 min. The house was built in 1914. The spirit of the villa is a bit like a detached house and a cottage in the countryside. The personal log house is like the story of Pippi Longstocking, not everything is completely finished - but the atmosphere is atmospheric. A lovely, small cottage on the shores of the clear-water Kalkkistenkoski. Your own peace is guaranteed and the nature and scenery are unparalleled. Go to the sauna, swim, jump in the pool or go on a canoe trip. Or just whistle in the hammock. You can swim from the pier or directly from the beach. The beach is quite steep, so it is not suitable for very small children. The hot tub heats up next to the sauna terrace. Bed linen and towels are ready in the cottage. You can get to the yard by car. The property is in the immediate vicinity of Vanajavesi. You can walk along the popular beach route to Aulangon, Kaupunginpuisto or Häme Castle. The kitchen is fully equipped. Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included (airfryer, no oven), big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you.

The double bed can be divided into two beds and the sofa bed is 140.

Our house is from 1929, but the apartment was renovated in 2018. The room has beds for 2 adults and 1. A spare mattress can be found if needed. In the small kitchen you can enjoy morning coffee and evening meals. Private spacious bathroom. The lush yard offers space to relax. In summer, there is a terrace with dining tables and hammocks.
