There are many hidden spaces (attics) inside the house, so children especially like it. Dedicated parking lot for 3 cars. Tant installation is also available. There is a charcoal grill on the outdoor terrace with tables and chairs, and there is an outdoor sunroom facility, so you can have a BBQ party without worrying about mosquitoes, flies, etc. Right next to the house, there is a walking path in the lake park. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute drive from both the green tea fields and Yulpo Beach.
