What a delightful trip! The house is even better than in the photos! The house is such a great event, a house that looks like a house, you know?! Everything clean, very good structure, equipped kitchen, appliances, white towels, sheets, fans, cutlery, dishes, everything very good! Ana is a very accessible, flexible host, a lovely person, she responds promptly, answered our questions and helped us when needed! High point: beautiful beaches near the house. Praia do Sol is a 6-minute drive, perfect for families. Beautiful beach 14 minutes by car, wonderful too. Negative point: sometimes the bad smell from the lagoon got a little stronger.

The house is new, very beautiful and exactly as described in the photos, 3 suites and a bedroom without a bathroom, plus a bedroom with a sofa bed and bathroom on the ground floor, organized and clean. Very large and super complete kitchen and room to receive a lot of people. The gourmet area has barbecue and cooktop already with gas, very nice place. The pool is small but it answered what we needed. One point of improvement would be to change the curtains or include a light cut, because in the morning there was a lot of clarity. Great safe condominium house and helpful host, super recommend!

The house is charming! The ideal place to relax: quiet place, very clean, well decorated and structured house. Near the house there is a market with bakery (you can walk). The communication with Gustavo was very fluid and when we stayed, a gold team helped us with small details: Romário, Vânia and his mother (who is an excellent cook). We only have to thank and we hope to return next year!

I really liked the house, it is spacious and comfortable, well distributed rooms, the pool is beautiful and has a beautiful view. The house is a few minutes by car from Praia das Dunas do Peró, which is a quieter beach for those who want to avoid the holiday muvuca. Points of Improvement: Some beds were very hard and others very soft, making sleep uncomfortable. The showers do not warm well, it is very difficult to season the water and reach a pleasant temperature.

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfy. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including stools to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls, about 10 minutes by car. I found it great value for money.

The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

It was a wonderful weekend, really everything very close, like supermarket snack bars, everything very close, the house was very complete, I didn't miss anything, I felt at home, but the best thing was the view of the sea, it really exceeded my expectations and my family's, the host Natalie was very attentive from the beginning to the end of the stay, everything was wonderful, I will definitely return.❤️❤️

It's a great place for those who want to be surrounded by nature and are looking for a peaceful place. You just need to be prepared for a long dirt road and bring everything you need, as it's too far from anywhere to buy anything. The hosts were very attentive and welcomed us well, as well as giving us the necessary support during our stay there.

The stay was great. We were well guided by Victor and well received by the caretaker Sinésio. The days were pleasant and it was worth spending these days at the house.

It was an amazing weekend. The place is lovely. Lots of nature. Unfortunately it rained, but we enjoyed it in another way. Iara and Ronir are wonderful, friendly and polite people. Access to the site is very bad, but it was worth the sacrifice. We'll be back soon.

The house is wonderful, just like and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, check-in and check-out without bureaucracy, the cook Neuza is very helpful and has a wonderful temper, the location is more than perfect! We are in love and we intend to return! The house is a delight, super well taken care of! appliances and new utensils, really has everything that needs good pots to quality dishes and kitchen utensils! coffee maker, clean cloth strainer, good knife, glasses. Soap, towels, toilet paper, everything clean and quality! we were greeted with a delicious and very affectionate aipim.🧡 The road is really complicated, if the car is low I don't REALLY recommend it. It's worth it when you get there but it's a point of attention. Well bumpy township, with grooves and stones slip and they can tear a tire that is not in good quality, quite tense until the arrival even with a high car so take everything you need food not to leave (the rest really has everything,) because after you arrive the place is so good that you forget the road! =) 2 suggestions for owners: 1 service light above the sink to cook at night / improve the last meters near the door

We spent great days as a family. The house is extremely pleasant, very ventilated, foot in the sand, as well as being beautiful. We've been taken care of in everything we need. The beach is very quiet, great for those who like a good walk, with warm sea water. we love the stay!

The house is just wonderful! The maintenance is impeccable, the location and view are amazing. The kitchen is super well equipped, making the stay even more comfortable. We liked it so much that we decided to extend our trip. We took a boat trip in Arraial, and it was just amazing! On other days, we chose to make the most of the house and the condominium's private lagoon. The house is so cozy that we preferred to spend most of the time relaxing by the pool, barbecuing and enjoying the tranquility. The condominium also has a bakery and restaurant/pizzeria, providing more convenience. Franco is an exceptional host, always attentive, available and very kind. He gave us great tips about the area, making our experience even more special. We can't wait to go back!
