Beachfront holiday rentals in Jasenice

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sveti Petar. The apartment was very clean and neat with a very comfortable bed and high-quality utilities. We came with our kayak and enjoyed the luxury of basically falling out the door and right into the sea to the most. The cherry on top was the amazing roof terrace and BBQ, which we enjoyed for dinners and communication and care for us was excellent, too with home-made olive oil and Rakija.

Huis Robinson is heerlijk. Alles was er in een vorm van simplicity die je al heel snel tot rust brengt. De zee voor de deur, Jere en Gordana die ons met wat lekkers en een glimlach ontvingen, de olijfgaard en de privacy zijn onvergetelijk. Het terras met zitje is super, goede stoelen, lekker bed en een heel uitgebreide keuken met zelfs een blender! En het zonnescherm (de wing) om bijnier strand in de schaduw te zitten ook als het waait is een super uitvinding. Heel erg bedankt voor de leuke dagen in jullie mooie huis, we voelden ons inderdaad even Robinson en Co😉.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist klasse! Direkt am Meer. Das Haus ist für die Größe optimal und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist super. Für Strandliebhaber perfekt. Tiziano war immer erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung.

Absolute Empfehlung! Der Garten und der direkte Zugang zum Meer sind ein Traum, läd ein zum Baden und Spazieren gehen (oder wer mag Joggen) am Wasser. Alles war sehr sauber und die Bettwäsche und Sofakissen haben besonders frisch gerochen. Dubravka ist herzlich und unkompliziert. Mit der Personenfähre kann man Zadar und andere Inseln besichtigen. Mit der Autofähre kann man Nationalparks auf dem Festland besuchen, aber auch die Insel gibt einem genug Optionen zum Entspannen, Essen gehen und Wandern. Man braucht nur auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus, als Doppelhaushälfte. Direkt am Strand, über die Straße zu erreichen. Sehr schöne, moderne Einrichtung. Bequeme Betten. Alles sehr sauber. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Schöne Badezimmer, auf jeder Etage eins. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Igor als Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöne Unterkunft - tolle Anlage - direkt am Meer - wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden einen Aufenthalt aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen ! :)

The apartment is new and consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room. It is located a short distance from the beach (a 3-minute walk). It has a balcony with a sea view. Since the apartment was recently made available, we encountered a few minor inconveniences that can be easily resolved by the owner. The apartment includes a refrigerator, freezer, ceramic cooktop, and oven (unfortunately, not working). One of the bathrooms is missing a strip to prevent water from flowing out of the shower, which may cause the bathroom to flood. There is a shared washing machine on the staircase, and there is parking in front of the building that can accommodate 4-5 cars. A grocery store and a restaurant are nearby. The owners are always available and have excellent communication. If we vacation in the area again in the future, we would gladly return.

Cornelis's apartment was so lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location as restaurants nearby and a short taxi ride from Zadar. Cornelis and Dina were great hosts and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely go back here!

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful location. Everything is spotless and well maintained. Nick is so friendly and helpful including a lift to the supermarket on arrival. A good sized clean pool with comfortable sun loungers set in landscaped gardens which are loving tended. All the beds and chairs are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views are stunning - breakfast on the balcony watching dolphins out at sea. A top class apartment that we hope to revisit - thank you Nick and family for making us feel so welcome in your home.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Lidija! Sie war unglaublich hilfsbereit, hat super schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist – wirklich ein hervorragender Gastgeber-Service. Das Haus selbst war perfekt ausgestattet: eine voll eingerichtete Küche, Fahrräder, ein Federball-Set, ein Pool und sogar ein Whirlpool – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Das WLAN in der oberen Etage war etwas schwach. Im Erdgeschoss und draußen hingegen lief es einwandfrei mit bis zu 250 Mbit – also absolut ausreichend. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank, Lidija!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Ein schönes kleines Haus. In ruhiger Lage, wo wir schön entspannen konnten. Super mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Kleiner Spielplatz und Pool war ein Highlight für die Kinder. Strand ist auch nicht weit weg. Anuśka ist eine ganz liebe Gastgeberin, die gleich auf Fragen und Probleme reagiert. Ist empfehlenswert!

We spent a wonderful week here as a group of 3 adults and 4 kids, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with all furniture and appliances in great condition. The location is peaceful, with the beach just about a 10-minute walk away (15 if you're walking with little ones). The beach itself is very clean and not crowded. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids, and they also loved the trampoline. There's also a beautiful walking trail nearby, perfect for morning strolls. We would recommend renting a car during your stay, as grocery shopping and getting around without one can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great place for a family holiday!

We loved our stay, the apartment was beautiful and the private spa just just WOW! Having a private hot tub, sauna and cold shower in your apartment was amazing after a long day of walking. Adrian and hrvoje were very helpful and responsive to messages and gave us clear instructions on parking, reaching the apartment apartment and how everything worked. We'd love to return one day and we would recommend the apartment and owners to anyone.

Es war bei Marko Wunderschön! Ruhige Lage direkt am Meer freier Badezugang ! Das Zimmer Mila war genau richtig für 2 Personen mit einem kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. Nach Staringrad zu Laufen sehr schwierig Küstenstrasse kein Gehweg vorhanden ein Auto ist ein muss. In unmittelbarer nähe sind die Berge Mega Aussicht über die Region viele möglichkeiten zum Wandern oder Klettern auf Winnetous Spuren 👌 Freizeitmöglichkeiten Bars, Lebensmittel in Staringrad vorhanden . Ende Mai Anfang Juni noch nicht so viele Touris unterwegs was wir sehr gut fanden. Sollten wir hier in dieser Region noch mal unseren Urlaub planen kommen wir sehr gerne wieder. Küchen Utensilien sind ein wenig überschaubar eine Kaffemaschine und einen Toaster wäre schön gewesen.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful appartement. The nearest beach is just down the main stairs at the end of the road, within two minutes by foot. This is also where the waterfront is located with plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, boat rentals and other fun outdoor activities. Despite its central location, the apartment is very quiet and offers privacy. The views from the main balcony are stunning. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. Tea and her parents, who live in the same building, were very helpful and communication was great. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay with Smiljana and Buco was perfect for our one night in Paklencia. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Buco was very helpful and responsive. He personally met us in the driveway to show us the room and make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this home, especially with its proximity to the national park, a mere 5 min drive away. We had a lovely stay!

Die Unterkunft hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Die Fotos und Beschreibungen sind zutreffend. Stipe hat uns freundlich in Empfang genommen. Bei Fragen waren die Gastgeber schnell per Chat erreichbar. Gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Möglichkeit zu schwimmen und zu schnorcheln. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Logement superbe à proximité de l’eau (accessible via petit sentier et escalier depuis la terrasse). L’appartement est récent et le propriétaire aménage les 2 appartements du dessus. De plus, Ive nous a gentiment prêté 3 vélos. Il y a un très bon restaurant dans le village “Antonio” où les plats de poisson et de viande sont excellents. Pour les visites, situation centrale à 30 minutes de Zadar, 1h20 de Plivitce, 20 minutes de Paklenika, 1h30 de Split… Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et sommes prêts à y revenir?
