Great Island Location!

This well appointed end-unit townhome features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. High speed Wifi is included through AT&T Fiber and a Roku is located in the living room. YouTube TV is included. The upstairs features a Primary Bedroom with a king size bed. The Primary Bathroom features a soaking tub, shower, double vanity, and a closet. A second bathroom with tub/shower combination is next to the fully equipped laundry room. Two additional bedrooms complete the upstairs (Queen and Full Bed)

Perfect spot and location for two! Just one mile from Historic Brunswick, GA, and approximately 10 minutes from both Jekyll and St. Simons Islands. Great for a couples getaway. Located on a lovely lagoon, you will enjoy a very peaceful setting shared with nature. Two decks overhang the water for turtle and fish viewing. Recently purchased and renovated with many new furnishings, floors, and appliances in a soft setting of sea foam, indigo blues, driftwoods, and grays. 55" Smart TV with full service Xfinity and Netflix along with free internet. There is another TV in the bedroom along with a very comfy chaise.
