Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Jersey City

Andy's place was lovely, tastefully furnished and decorated, with really comfortable furniture (the bed gets top marks), well stocked, pristine kitchen and bathroom, and the back patio was the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. Andy was lovely, friendly and thoughtful. Commuting into the city was easy either by bus or Lightrail to the PATH. It was a perfect spot for us while we were having work done in our place. We'd definitely stay there again.

Abi was an exceptional host! The location was ideal, with convenient free street parking. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind.

Excellent stay! Renato is an amazing host: communication with him was always clear and fast. The accommodation is impeccable, very comfortable and perfectly located. Clean and in excellent condition. The area is very convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. It is also very well connected: you can easily reach New York by train from Newark Penn Station, which is just a 10-minute walk or 5 minutes by bus. The train ride to Manhattan takes only 15 minutes, making it ideal for those who want to enjoy the city without staying in the center. In addition, the accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen to prepare your food. In our case, we prepared breakfast every day before leaving for Manhattan, which was very practical and convenient. What we liked most was how quiet, safe and practical the place is for those who want to get to know NYC without paying for accommodation in Manhattan. We would definitely recommend it to other travelers!

Very cozy, clean room with a mini-fridge and filtered water. They just put a new memory foam mattress on the bed, which was very comfortable. Stella was quick to respond to messages and very kind and accommodating. It was so nice to come back to this very private and quiet room after a long day out in the city! Within walking distance of several metro stations.

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming 3-bedroom home in New Jersey! From the moment we arrived, we had a few setbacks, but Rick and Kim quickly turned this around made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience, providing us with quick solutions and thoughtful recommendations to any concerns and we had. One of the standout suggestions was a delightful pancake breakfast restaurant nearby, which quickly became our favorite spot. The pancakes were amazing, and it was a great way to start our days! The house itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it the perfect base for our adventures. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touches throughout our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway with fantastic hosts. We can't wait to come back!

Great space for a long or short trip to NJ and/or NYC! Short Uber drive to Liberty Park where you can ferry over to Manhattan or short walk to the bus that takes you to Times Square! Overall, great space to stay when you are in New Jersey.

Perfect apartment, really good option for people who want to travel to Manhattan, really easy access with PATH train. The area is super nice and green, really good places if you’re traveling with kids. The host is amazing! Super helpful and very kind. Apartment is very clean, everything like on the picture. The area is so clean, pleasant. Many places for walk, shops, park, it is easy to park the car. This place is literally perfect! Truly recommend this apartment, we loved it ❤️

It is clean, exactly as advertised, and right up the street from a fantastic city park. We will definitely be back.

There was a lovely welcome package with a note, cookies and water awaiting us. They texted through Airbnb to make sure our stay was going well and we didn't need anything. We had a great time in the apartment, it was clean and everything we needed was there. Just like in the description. Comfortable bed and couch, great appliances, nice bathroom and everything was in good condition. Really close to public transportation and many restaurants. The ac was great after a hot and busy das in the city, it felt like coming home every evening. Thanks!

Great apartment in a nice area of Hoboken. We used this as a base for our trip to New York so did not spend much time at the place but the location is great, you are close to the station (10-15 minute walk) which takes you to Manhattan Midtown or the Financial District at World Trade Centre. The area in Hoboken is also very nice, you are nearby the Hoboken waterfront which offers great views of Manhattan and an opportunity to slow down from fast pace of Manhattan. Further you are next to Washington Street, which has lots of restaurants and bars, we particularly enjoyed starting the day with Bagels on the Hudson. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and had everything we needed. AJ was always quick to respond for any questions we had. Overall, would recommend.

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! Very good spot and host. Very easy to get to NYC with Path trains and return after midnight. The apartment is as advertise. We had small issue with smoke detector as it is super sensetive, but host was really helpful with it.
