Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Tiny House, "the Walden experience" in Passy-sur-Seine, has a mezzanine double bed, a hammock-style reading area, a bathroom and a dry toilet. The large pontoon-terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe. Our accommodations are highly comfortable, unusual, eco-friendly wooden and glass buildings nestled in a green setting in Aube, at the gates of Champagne. They all have a large equipped terrace where you can relax and have breakfast (included) in the form of baskets. (At this time of year, breakfast is served in the dining room). You will have free access to the pool area.
