Farm in the middle of a wild garden

Our cottage is located on the outskirts of the village of Ostrý, which is surrounded by vast pastures and forests of the Jistebnická vrchovina Nature Park. There used to be a farm here, of which only the stables and the swallows nesting in them remain today. Around the cottage is a large natural garden, which we use partly as a utility and partly as an ornamental garden. On one side, the garden ends with a pond, a road and a neighboring house, on the other sides it passes into an open landscape. There is a cat in the garden and in the house and a hen in the yard.

New house in the countryside

The detached house is located in a quiet environment by the pond. It is suitable for 4 to 6 people. The building has two separate bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The house is ideal for families with children, couples and groups of friends. There are forests, meadows and a water area nearby. The location is suitable for walking, cycling and relaxation. Nearby there is a small zoo, a farm with domestic animals and there is also the possibility of fishing in the adjacent pond.

Our flat is located in a quiet side street of the town centre a few minutes walk from the historical square, 100m from lake Jordan, 50m from the main shopping street and 8 min walk from the bus and train station.Just around the corner is arguably the best restaurant in Tabor. You will be very comfotrable in our newly decorated cosy apartment and there is secure storage in our cellar if you want to bring your bicycles.

Cottage in Dobronice

Renovated cottage. Woodstone/electric radiator heating which temps at 14°. In the garden is grilling and sitting under a parasol. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

Vybavení koupelny - velká vana i sprchový kout. Veřejné parkoviště vzdáleno 30 m od domu (cena od 40,- Kč/den). Vchodové dveře opatřeny kódovým zámkem (kód bude zaslán smskou) = samoobslužný check-in. Tábor (not Prague!)

The apartment is located in the center of Tábor near the bus and train stations and near the historical part of the city. The apartment is equipped with a double bed, a conference room, a kitchen with basic equipment (hob, fridge, microwave, kettle and dishes). A crib can be added if needed. Quiet moments can be spent on the balcony, where there is a seating area. If necessary, bicycles can be stored in a room with a security door (electric bicycles can also be charged for a fee).

Chata Blatnice by the Kozák pond is a great retreat for all those who need to recharge their batteries in the middle of nature. Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change. Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.

128 let stará chalupa se spaním na peci s topením v kamenech dřevem, nebo bez topení v ložnici. Krásné prostředí kopečkaté krajiny s výhledem na rybník a kapličku. Obec má 13 obyvatel, zahradnictví s chovem ovcí. Toužíte-li po klidu v kamenném domě, v krásné přírodě jsme ta nejlepší volba. Nově jsme postavili finskou saunu a v ložnici je infrasauna. Třetí osoba spí na přistýlce v kuchyni.
