We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Casa Calma is a uniquely designed chalet featuring an outdoor panoramic sauna. You have unlimited access to the sauna throughout your stay. 🏠 The interior, featuring solid wood, clay plaster, and natural textiles, combines the purity of materials with meticulous craftsmanship and a focus on detail. 🪟Glass surfaces naturally connect the interior space with the surrounding landscape, creating an atmosphere of calm, light, and openness. 🌱 In addition, the entire property is fully fenced for your privacy and comfort.

Bukowe Zacisze

An atmospheric 1920s house exclusively with a private sauna, hot tub and private entrance. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a large folding corner sofa, a spacious kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a sauna. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

Peter and Paul Manor

We invite you to year-round wooden cottages located in the heart of the Kłodzko Land, near the Śnieżnik Massif and Międzygórze. Each cottage offers a cozy living room with a kitchenette, a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom. They are also equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and Netflix for evening entertainment. Outside, there are sun loungers, hammocks, a barbecue and a fire pit. It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, both for the active and those seeking respite in nature.

Agritourism "In the distance"

We offer you a fully equipped cottage with six beds along with adjacent areas in Pisary in the municipality of Międzylesie in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. On the ground floor of the cottage there is a kitchen, bathroom and living room with dining area. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. Near the cottage there is a marked place for a bonfire, a playground for children and a jacuzzi at no extra charge. About 300 m from the property there is a pond where you can fish. Miodownik Apartment, located in Międzylesie, a beautiful city saturated with history, right on the Polish-Czech border. It is an ideal place for both one-day stays during your trip and for a longer stay in the charming Kłodzko Valley. Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating via a fireplace; underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available right below the cottage.
