This is a charming cottage with a pool and large outdoor area. It is located 3 minutes to both I26 and 526, a 10 minute drive to downtown Charleston and walking distance to North Charleston’s trendy, fun area. The Credit One Stadium on Daniel Island is a 10 minute drive, the Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island 15 minutes and North Charleston Colliseum 5 minutes. It is easy to get to all these places and there are many fun things to do in the Charleston/North Charleston/Daniel Island areas.

Outdoor veranda space includes a swimming pool , outdoor kitchen (microwave,fridge , gas cook top,Keurig (with coffee),toaster, gas fireplace, and large screen Smart TV. The pool is shared with the owners but guests are given privacy. 14 miles to airport 10 miles to downtown Beaches-Kiawah-23 miles. Folly Beach-19 miles.

Comfortably hosts four. We charge a fee if two people want to stay in two separate rooms- the room rate is based on double occupancy. Fee is $40/ppn for 2nd bedroom Guest access to swimming pool. Complimentary coffee/coffee maker, cable TV, water bottles & juice, refrigerator.

Bright, beachy and bohemian one bedroom pool house in the heart of James Island, 10 minutes from downtown Charleston and 15 from Folly Beach.
