Charles was the most proactive and responsive host I have ever had on this platform. Extremely pleasant and responded immediately to questions. The home is beautiful and is maintained to perfection. The backyard was my favorite place to sit and take in the beautiful mountains. The gated community was beautiful and felt very safe. The only drawback is that the area outside the community is not as nice. There are not a lot of restaurants and stores in the immediate area. We ended purchasing groceries at a store Charles recommended and cooked our dinners and breakfast at home. Saved a lot of money that way. Overall this was great home base for our adventures around the island.

This place was AMAZING and the hosts were incredible to work with! I can't say enough positive things about our entire stay here. Kerstan and Jerelle definitely made our stay memorable and their hospitality stood out beyond our expectations. The house was beautiful and in a gorgeous location with amazing views. Their recommendations on restaurants and things to do or see were spot on. They were very thoughtful and inclusive with all of the items they had on hand as well. I can't explain the beauty of the location, quietness of the neighborhood and overall experience enough. Absolutely breathtaking!

Great Place!

Great spot for a group of five—just the right amount of space and everything we needed. We had a small issue with the Wi-Fi, but the host was super quick to help and got it sorted fast. The area is beautiful, the place was clean, and check-in was super easy. Would definitely recommend!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and comfortably fit the 9 of us. The home has all of your basic needs and the garage is equipped with all of your beach essentials. The neighborhood was quiet and the view was immaculate. Being surrounded by serene mountain views and an ocean view from the backyard felt like a fairytale. We flew in to attend a graduation and Justin was gracious enough to allow our extended family to come over for dinner. It was nice to be able enjoy a meal with our entire family in the comfort of what felt like our home away from home. Justin and his team were gracious, responsive, and accommodating. I highly recommend this place if you have a large family and want to be in a comfortable space. However, some downsides include being in a somewhat remote area. You’ll have to drive at least an hour to reach some of the more popular parts of the island, so keep that in mind when it comes to planning.

Omar was a good host, who had great communication. The villa worked perfectly, the two rooms gave everyone plenty of space. A nice balcony allowed for quite reading area. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook basic meals. The Foodland market was close, maybe a fifteen minute drive. My favorite part of the stay was getting up early and going for walks along the lagoons. My spouse loved the pools and hot tubs, as well as the onsite Starbuck's. The entertainment each evening at the resort gave us a choice weather to stay on site or to venture out. When we did venture out we found easy freeway access. Paradise Cove luau is in walking distance for the energetic, we chose to drive. The onsite restaurants were good, Longhi's stood out with a great breakfast and dinner, or simply an afternoon beverage at the bar. This was a tough review to write, I wanted to be open minded and point out any shortcomings, none come to mind.

Everything was great! The location, the cleanliness, and the house itself. We felt safe and secure with the place and we’re definitely booking again when we come back to Waianae. Mahalo Werner!

Our second time staying here . We love the location. It’s reasonably priced compared to some other air bnbs. Cant go wrong with being across the beach. It’s small and quaint and nothing crazy and perfect for our fam

Location, home, and host team were amazing! Lots of natural beauty here and plenty of trails with few tourists nearby! Host team was very supportive … home had all the (and more) amenities! Would book this home again!

I cannot recommend this place enough! My friends and I had an amazing time staying at this house! We felt very safe in the quiet neighborhood. They have a lot of things that you need on hand, the outdoor space was incredible, and thank god for the coffee machine and coffee provided, it saved our mornings! We also loved the staff at the entry gate, very very kind! The location is insane!! Amazing beaches near by and walking outside day and night is a dream! My friends and I loved it and are excited to stay again when the opportunity arises!

Home was exactly like the pictures. Very clean, new and modern. Practically silent neighborhood. Gated subdivision with a security guard at the entrance 24/7. Amazing views from back deck. Pool and fitness room just opened but we never used either. We didn’t have any issues. Wish there had been a grill but otherwise, the home had everything we needed. They provided 3 beach chairs, umbrella, two different size coolers, and tons of snorkeling equipment. The ONLY negative is the distance between the home and the north shore/Waikiki/other tourist destinations. However, we put our destination in our GPS the night before and planned accordingly. Almost everything was about 45 minutes to an hour drive. The drive to and from the home is along the coast so that was good. Host always responded promptly with questions.

What a wonderful stay we had in this beautiful home! It was a perfect setting for seven adults of various stages of life celebrating family and life milestones. We visited many other parts of the island during our stay, but the valley was definitely the most peaceful. We were glad to have stayed on the west side of the island. The view from the back porch is breathtaking, the flora and fauna in the valley were amazing, the home is well-stocked, and the hosts were above and beyond. We walked the neighborhood every morning and often encountered other folks doing the same or packing up cars for a day on the beach. Everyone was kind and friendly. I highly recommend this beautiful and peaceful retreat!

Aloha! 🌺 If I could give more than five stars, I would! We needed a big house for 6 adults on this family adventure. Driving up to the property - our jaws were dropped due to the beautiful mountains surrounding the area. We walked into the home and everyone was instantly happy with the layout. Had everything we needed. All the beach gear (we made great use chairs and boogie boards and beach towels). Providing bathroom items were an excellent touch - shampoo/conditioner/body wash/toilet paper. We walked outside and the hot tub with the covered lanai was AMAZING! The breeze while looking at the mountains to our right the ocean in front of us was simply heaven. The beaches on this side of the island are untouched by tourists. Sea lions came out of the water onto the shore! Highly recommend! Jerelle and Kerstan are excellent hosts! They went out of their way to ensure our trip was memorable. We will be back! Mahalo for the treats!! 🌺

Aloha! We were welcomed with local macadamia nut candy. Multigenerational family traveling we loved the multiple bedrooms, bathrooms , & sitting areas. There was plenty of space & we did not feel crowded. The home is exactly as pictured including the views! We had an easy check in and the host had great communication. We used the host guide to find local beaches and took advantage of the ice chest, beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook at home. We started each day with breakfast, sitting outside, enjoying the landscaping & views. What more could you ask for.

We had a GREAT stay! We felt right at home with everything we needed! The outdoor amenities were incredible, and you cannot beat the view! The hosts communication was amazing from the start, with a recommendation book of each part of the island. The “west” side of the island, is more of “true” Hawaii. There is not tourism, however the gated community with security made us feel safe, & we LOVED the books/info in the house as well. There was a little issue with the sprinklers, and host showed up SUPER quick to take a look, and had a solution. Incredible hosts and home!

When my best friend came to town for a visit, I knew I needed a clean, private and spacious home base for us to relax when we were not busy exploring the island and reliving our college days on the beach - Stella's place was all that, and more! Exactly like the pictures, it was clean, tastefully decorated, and well maintained. Stella was a lovely host, quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and providing clear instructions on how to get the most out of our stay! We would 100% stay at Stella's place again! The house was clean for the most part and had most if not all toiletries. It was a pleasantly quiet community with mountain and ocean views. We enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the house which made our beach days a little bit easier. Overall, not a bad place to stay if you are okay with being an hour or so away from most attractions.

Quite possibly the best AirBNB we have stayed at. From the initial booking to checkout, communication with the hosts was great! We were given very clear instructions on how to find the house - which we were thankful for because we didn’t get in until evening. The gated neighborhood is beautiful. There is what looks like a brand new fitness room/pool/hot tub. Pool and hot tub close early so we didn’t get to use it too much. The house itself had everything we needed! All the cookware, towels, bedding. As far as beach items, there were plenty of towels, 4 chairs, lots of snorkel gear and sand toys. The only thing missing was a beach umbrella (to be clear we did not expect one. Just be aware if you would like one, you may need to purchase). Be aware this is on the western side of the island and it does take quite a bit of time to drive anywhere! There are some beautiful, not crowded beaches close though! We would absolutely stay here again. Mahalo!! ❤️

Stella’s home was absolutely lovely and had everything we needed. We had a small issue with the booking at first, but Stella handled it promptly and professionally. Check-in was smooth, and she continued to provide excellent care throughout our stay. I truly hope future guests feel confident booking this home—it’s a peaceful, well-managed place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at the house. I have rated the house and the location of the house a 5; however, I want to let other folks know that the beaches and beach parks all the way to the house are over run by homeless makeshift housing. We were never bothered but folks, since this is the 1st we have seen this, it is not what we expected after traveling to all islands. This has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of the house or stay which is why we keep that a 5.

AvantStay Oahu was amazing throughout my booking process, leading up to my stay and throughout my stay in the rental home. The private community where the rental home is located is absolutely beautiful, and the security guards were very helpful at the gate leading into the gated community. The home was clean, beautiful and offered the accommodations and space that my family needed!

The house was beautiful and just as advertised. Checking into the gated community was quick, if you have the required vehicle documentation. Staff at the entrance were always nice. The drive inside can be confusing as we made a few wrong turns, but if you follow the instructions and pay attention, you easily find the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Once we arrived the interior was clean and very well organized. We felt right at home with a kitchen stocked with cookware. The garage was very convenient for families with two cars. It was also stocked with everything we needed for the beach! I would definitely stay at the home again!
