In just a few minutes there are all the shops for daily needs (REWE, landmakers / bakery, pharmacy, medical center, bank, etc.). The bathing lake ("Kaarster See") with two beaches is nearby (5min by car, 25min walk) and in the summer the perfect place to relax. The district of Kaarst Vorst is quite - compared to Kaarst - without the aircraft noise.

The city center is only 1500 meters away, the train station is 1600 meters away and the highway entrance is 3 minutes away. Dogs are welcome guests. In about 100 meters, the green corridor with beautiful walking paths begins. Also great for cyclists and joggers. Without breakfast!

In the apartment there is a double bed and an excellent sofa bed by Bali (each 140 wide). Arrival by 10 pm, the courtyard gate is closed at night. Renting for single nights is only possible in exceptional cases, renting to 3 + 4 people only from 3 nights. Cot and high chair cost €3 extra each. No shutters or blinds. NO SMOKING!

Our apartment is located in the garden suburb of Neuss-Reuschenberg. The A57, A46, A52 and A44 highways can be reached quickly by car. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The Erft, green areas, children's farm and the sauna area Well-Neuss, indoor swimming pool and ice stadium are 5-10 minutes walk. Public transport, such as various bus lines and the S11, are in the immediate vicinity.
