Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at the brand new summer cottage. The cottage was completed in 2023 and has everything you need. Lovely bedrooms, a modern kitchen, a nice living room and beautiful nature. There is WiFi, TV, underfloor heating, modern kitchen and there are no less than 3 bedrooms. It is one of the most beautiful places on the lake with the particularly beautiful evening sun over the beautiful Paterswoldsemeer. It is a rare and quiet place.

"FeWo Krabbenbude" - modern & within walking distance of the beach

We lovingly renovated our "Krabbenbude" in the summer and fulfilled a cozy living dream for ourselves. A modern open kitchen invites you to cook with lots of accessories. Both bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds - for upscale sleeping comfort. The large and cozy living-dining area with electric fireplace offers plenty of space for the whole family. Fiberglass is also available free of charge. You are welcome to bring a dog by arrangement.

The modern apartment Lütje Lugger is located on the ground floor with access to its own terrace and garden. Our guests have two bedrooms with large double beds and a modern sofa bed for two more guests in the living/dining area. A modern bathroom with shower completes the apartment for the perfect vacation for two, with friends or for the family with children. The exclusive sauna and fitness area complete your feel-good vacation in the Winkelschiffchen.

Pilsumer Hof

Time out and peace are paramount here. You rent the entire Pilsumer Hof with its three apartments Each apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. You have the house all to yourself and can spend time together in the upstairs room. The large table invites you to eat and drink together. If someone wants to withdraw, of course, that's also possible. The terrace and balcony also invite you to linger. Get your time out with the whole family.

Feel at home in a stately villa from 1905! You will stay on the first floor of the villa with 120 m² of living space in high rooms in the exclusive ambience of a modernly designed villa with historic furniture from the Gründerzeit period. The villa is located 5 km from the center of Emdens on the Emsdeich near the Petkumer Deichvorland conservation area. Why not end a long dike walk with a cozy evening with friends by the fireplace!

Our thatched cottage in East Frisia is the perfect place for rest and relaxation. Cozy and maritime furnished, you can have a wonderful holiday in a rural location, within easy reach of the North Sea. Many enjoy the green surroundings and yet the proximity to shops. With its blue shutters and typical thatched roof, the house fits into the quaintness of East Frisia. From here, the charm of the area can be explored extremely well.

Kick back and relax in our quiet, cozy apartment Lütje Stuv. The apartment has a nice living area with an integrated dining table. Flat screen, radio and fiber optic Wi-Fi are included in the amenities. The pantry kitchen has a ceramic stovetop and fridge. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m double bed. Behind the bedroom is the bathroom with a walk-in shower. A highlight is the quiet, windless south-facing terrace.

The apartment includes a spacious terrace with a small lawn. The mandatory guest fee, which applies to the municipality of Norden-Norddeich, will be charged separately by us. You will receive your guest card from us upon arrival.

Our vacation home is located in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel. It is ideally suited for a relaxing vacation for 4 people. The terraced house is within walking distance of the harbor. The house offers a living and dining area with TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a terrace with garden and three parking spaces in front of the house. Bed linens and towels must be brought along.
