Close to the historic town of Avranches and commercial centres with a wide choice of restaurants and shops.

Gite GAUGAIN is a lovely cottage, a separate bedroom with ensuite (shower and toilet) and open plan lounge/kitchen & a cute fireplace . It is very peaceful & surrounded by a lovely garden & farm fields. In the heart of the country yet close to tourist spots like Mont Saint Michel (25mins), Medieval town Fougieres, Saint Malo & 5 min drive from the chateau de la Rouerie. Bikes also available. Massage treatments available. When the gites aren’t open this is run as an art retreat.

Remote and secluded cottage on private terrain

My secluded cottage lies in the countryside of Normandy on a completely private terrain of, 8000m2 with an own driveway. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

We are located in the beautiful Normandy countryside, our cottage has recently been renovated to a very high standard offering a comfortable stay, we are only 5 minutes from the nearest market town of Gavray and 15 minutes from the nearest beaches, there are many places to visit in Normandy and we are centrally located to visit them all. We have a beautiful enclosed garden, safe for your children and for you to relax in.

Amoureux de la nature? Cette maison est l'endroit rêvé pour séjourner en baie du Mont-Saint-Michel. Située à 100m du sentier littoral, vous aurez accès aux près salés pour découvrir les magnifiques panoramas qu'offre le site de la Roche Torin sur la merveille ou encore observer le mascaret lors des grandes marées. Vous pourrez également prendre vos vélos pour vous rendre au Mont en empruntant la voie verte.

Gite vue sur le Mont St Michel

Nous vous accueillons dans notre gîte pour 2 à 3 personnes, situé à 1 km de la plage. Vous bénéficiez d'une vue superbe et dégagée sur la mer, l'ile Tombelaine et le Mont Saint Michel dans un environnement calme et reposant ( voir photo 1) Il est Interdit de fumer, de brancher les batteries électriques dans le gîte. En juillet et aout les locations se font à la semaine du samedi au samedi

La maison en pierre et son poêle à bois vous permettront de profiter de votre séjour par tous les temps !

Beautifully Presented House

Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.

Idéalement situé entre Port-Mer, la pointe du Grouin et la plage du Saussaye, cottage moderne et chaleureux à deux pas des plages et du GR34. Logement récent (T2) de 36m2 équipé d'une pièce à vivre avec cuisine aménagée, chambre séparée et salle de douche-WC. Ce logement très lumineux, donne sur un jardinet de 200 m2 entièrement dédié à la location.

Maisonette de ville comportant une chambre, une grande piece de vie et une salle de bain moderne et spacieuse. Cette dépendance est un endroit calme et chaleureux ou les familles sont les bienvenus. Idéal pied a terre pour le travail ou pour rendre visite a la famille ou bien encore visiter la ville de Coutances et sa cathédrale.

Maison de poupée, au cœur de la nature avec petit salon, coin cuisine, salle de bain et couchage en mezzanine. Terrasse privative, chaises longues, lit de jardin, barbecue. Accès au parc arboré. Située entre Granville et Avranches. Le logement n’est pas adapté pour accueillir de voyageur supplémentaire.
