The rental is located next to ours but it's not overlooked.There is a private terrace & seperate entrance as well as direct access to the walkway along the Seine(passing through our garden). Ideal pied-à-terre for your hikes on foot or on horseback (GR 23 to 500 m), to visit the natural and tourist sites of the Seine Normande Loops Natural Park, but also to rest: Here, you are in the countryside, only 30 minutes from Rouen and 10 minutes from the A13.

The space The apartment is on 2 floors with 2 bedrooms in a row. Ideal for a couple with kids. Access is via an external staircase leading to a terrace overlooking the private garden with views of St Denis Church. The apartment has on the 1st floor a spacious living room with a dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen, a living room equipped with a wood stove, a shower room & separate toilet. An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.

Charming Normandy cottage with views

The house of 30m2 is located in a small village of the Regional Natural Park of the Loops of the Seine Normande, on a cliff overlooking the Seine. It is ideally located to discover the region (the Route des chaumières, the Route des fruits...) at equal distance from Rouen, Le Havre, Etretat, Honfleur... The banks of the Seine are accessible on foot. The cottage is classified 3 *. Pets not allowed.

Welcome to the Maison de Charlotte! Come and enjoy a unique experience in a former 17th century press in the middle of the Jumièges countryside. With its rich history, Jumièges contains many historical secrets to discover thanks to its Abbey, considered the oldest ruins in France. But also thanks to long walks along the Seine or in the forest, on foot, by bike or on horseback.
