Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Juršići

We had a wonderful visit to Peroj. Lidija was a fantastic host and her place was exactly what we were looking for, close to places we wanted to visit and a nice, quite place for when we wanted to stay in.

The house is just great. Just as described, rather better. The heated pool allows you to play in the water for hours. Children can be supervised from the shaded seating area. The many other play options in and around the house allow you to spend entire days without boredom. The air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool and can be individually controlled. The equipment is in top condition. Ivan is a great host and responds in record time. We were there as a family with 5 adults and two children and would like to come back.

The owner of the house, Innes, is very pleasant and friendly, always in touch. special thanks for the delicious treats she prepared for our arrival. The location of the house is very suitable for exploring the surroundings, we managed to enjoy walks around Rovinj, which is only 15 minutes from the house, as well as Porec (30 minutes), and Bale itself is a very beautiful little town!

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with great attention to detail. You can tell that it's not just an Airbnb house, but that a lot of the owners' passion goes into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can fully recommend this accommodation! This place is highly recommended! When we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The area is very rural, green and quiet. The accommodation is very stylish with many warm colors - perfect to get away from everyday life. Overall, the accommodation is very spacious due to the three different levels. We couldn't figure out where to heat the pool, but we were always in the whirlpool anyway. A perfect accommodation for us. However, we would recommend a maximum of 4 adults, otherwise you would have to share a room.

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

We were a family of four with two children in this house. We didn't miss anything. The accommodation was not only beautifully furnished, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage was in his garden was no problem at all. We had absolute privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

We stayed with friends for a week in the fantastic villa, we liked it very much and everything was great 🤩 Patrik and his wife are super nice and always helped us very quickly. There was nothing to complain about at all, we had a particularly great time here. The pool was perfect for the end of September with pool heating and was 29 degrees 😍 otherwise we also very much liked going to the sauna and the hot tub. Everything was super clean and a perfectly equipped kitchen also left nothing to be desired. We would love to come back. Had a very very nice stay! The house was very neat when we arrived there and equipped with all the comforts. The host was also very friendly and always reachable if anything came up. Definitely recommended if you want to go to Pula.

This villa was the perfect stay for our group of eleven. The property is beautifully modern, equipped with every amenity imaginable, and features a stunning pool and outdoor area. Our host was incredibly attentive, always available when needed, and welcomed us warmly with local appetizers. I can't recommend this hidden gem enough.

Probably our favorite accommodation ever! We stayed as a family of four, which included a toddler. The home was perfectly set up for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The host was very responsive and very friendly. Immaculately clean and tidy.

The check-in was easy to do and flexible. The place was clean and had all the amenities listed. Unfortunately, We stayed at the end of December and the pool was not usable as it was not possible to heat it up enough. Our dogs were perfectly safe and happy walking around the area. Place is very quiet and isolated. Will definitely consider going back another time

An absolutely charming stay in a superb villa. The construction was of very high quality and the building was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The amenities, especially the pool, and even MORE SO the jacuzzi and sauna (personal favorites) made the stay seem like being in a private spa. The location is wonderful. Delightfully windy roads lead from small village to small village, until you reach Villa Poji which looks out on gorgeous countryside. There are some great places to visit within 20 minutes, MOST great Istrian locales within an hour, but often it’s best to just stay put and enjoy the feeling of the countryside and the comfort of the villa. Filip was an exceptional host, providing a lovely welcome and timely answers to any questions that could come up by being available through ‘whats’ messaging app. This is a wonderful way to communicate with the owners. We felt the space was very private and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. I highly recommend anyone to stay at Vill

It was a great stay at the Stone House Ana. Especially the Grill , the multiple ways to sit outside in the garden and of course the Hot Tub🔥 were great. We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! The location was perfect – quiet and secluded, but still close to restaurants and shopping. The house itself was immaculately clean and tastefully furnished. We especially enjoyed the cozy outdoor area and pool, which was equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden/pool was a real highlight and ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, with quick answers to all of our questions. The check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. All in all it was an unforgettable stay, and we will be happy to come back.
