Liebe Gäste, wir vermieten unsere ca. 70 qm große Messe-/Projekt-/Ferienwohnung (OG&DG, freistehendes Zweifamilienhaus). Zur Autobahn (A 52) sind es 4 min., 15-20 min. bis Düsseldorf, zur Messe sowie nach Mönchengladbach. Im OG ist die vollausgestatte Küche, ein Duschbad, Diele sowie der helle, große Wohnraum (32qm) und angrenzender Loggia. Im DG befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Ausblick auf die Felder (Sonnenuntergang). Die Loggia (Südlage) mit Blick in den Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Near by(2 minute walk) Parking, Supermarket, Pharmacy, Doctor, Restaurant, Bank, Busstation. Exhibition/ Airport 25 minutes by car.

Our apartment is conveniently located near Düsseldorf. With your car in about 12 to 25 minutes to Düsseldorf ,. approx. 30 minutes to Cologne Nevertheless, you do not have to give up relaxing nights, as we live very quietly. All shopping facilities are within walking distance. Thanks to your own kitchen, nothing stands in the way of a healthy and delicious start to the day. Beautiful tiny house with garden and terrace

Beautiful newly renovated 22 sqm cottage with private garden and terrace. Through the hallway in the main house you come into the garden, here is the entrance to our small but fine rear house. The floor consists of light exposed concrete with underfloor heating. The old ceiling beams were exposed and oiled. The bathroom floor has the original old Art Nouveau tiles. The small kitchenette was built by us from an old workbench.
