The highlight is the comfortable box spring bed and the rain shower in the bathroom in a metro look. The kitchenette is integrated into a cabinet wall and disappears behind the doors, yet it is fully equipped. Hidden in the room divider is a workstation including a Mac Mini M2, 27" Apple monitor.

Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.
