Holiday rentals with beach access in Kalamaria Municipality

We loved staying at Aspasia’s apartment! Hot water 24/7 was amazing! Highly recommending her place and Koutalopirouna restaurant near by. The best food around.

We were here for the second time - and it was just perfect for a little break. The apartment is very well equipped, with air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs, which is especially pleasant on hot days. The balcony and the view of the sea are fantastic - the relaxation begins immediately. The street is a bit busy, so you can't expect absolute peace, but that didn't bother us. The location and charm of the accommodation more than make up for it. Vassiliki is a wonderful hostess: warm, helpful and always available. I'm sure we'll be back!

Christos’ apartment in Thessaloniki is a small, clean, and tastefully decorated space. It’s just a short walk from the beautiful promenade center and close to cafes, restaurants, and grocery shops. The balcony overlooks the street and is perfect for a morning coffee. The kitchenette is basic but fine for preparing breakfast or a light meal. Parking in the building is very tight—we needed help getting the car in and ended up leaving it there for the duration, opting for public transport instead. Christos lives in the building, is very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay—I'd happily stay here again!

Having stayed at several air bnb’s in the past, this was the nicest and cleanest one I’ve ever stayed at. There were more than enough resources and equipment in the flat which made the stay really easy and enjoyable. There were lots of extra touches which just felt like so much effort has been put in. The communication was fantastic and very clear. There are photos on how to enter etc sent to you and they are so easy to follow! The parking space is good but not easy if you have a big car but was manageable. Would 10000% stay here again. What a really wonderful host!

We had a great stay at this apartment! It’s beautifully renovated with a modern design, very clean, and located in a quiet building which offered a peaceful contrast to the lively atmosphere of Thessaloniki. We especially loved the bathroom and its lighting, a real highlight. Also, Christos was incredibly kind and responded to all our questions very quickly. Highly recommended!

An unforgettable stay! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. I would like to thank the host Konstantinos who went above and beyond for us. He was always available and responsive to all our needs , giving us the best recommendations. We felt truly welcomed and cared. This made our trip even more special till the next time! Anke and Evangelos are wonderful hosts. The apartment is as described in the listing, not to say much better. You feel right at home, everything is very brightly decorated and cozy. There are also insect screens on all the windows, which I absolutely loved. The pool not only invites you to splash but also linger, at the current temperatures it is pleasantly cool, the garden is a small oasis. I'll be back next year as soon as the calendar is unblocked. A wonderful stay in the heart of Thessaloniki, the apartment was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. Walking distance to so many lovely restaurants and attractions. Katerina was so helpful and communicative. A truly lovely stay!

Beautiful little home

Konstantinos was very polite and very helpful. The house is really cozy, exactly as described, very clean and offered everything required for a pleasent stay.

This place is near the beach (1 minute walking) and near the airport (9 minutes driving). It has everything as described. Parking is available in front of the door. Keybox checkin and checkout any time possible. It was nice to be able to stay here.

Wish I could have stayed longer. Has everything you need and the location right on the beach with green all around was perfect for my disabled dog and me. We were attending an event and were able to invite other members to sit at the bench in the evening to drink wine and chat in a lovely environment, it felt like home, and the direct neighbors were lovely.

Great location, very close to the beach and to the bus station. Has all you need close to the location such as stores coffee shop. The host was very represive and helpful. Recommend!

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. The famous bakery is just around the corner :) Even though there are cafes downstairs, it wasn’t noisy; the street was lively but not disturbing. Very good location near the Megaron and the new beach.

The location was very good, ideal for walking around the center of Thessaloniki. Close to the paid parking lot. In general, the residence was sufficient. I recommend it, if I come again I can stay here again

It is a very nice apartment, which is super centrally located at the white tower. The curtains and shutters are an advantage, although fortunately we did not have direct sunlight during our stay, which is a great advantage in hot Thessaloniki. We enjoyed it very much. Of course, there is also air conditioning. And Παυλος is a great host, always available and he wants to fulfill every wish. 🥰

Great apartment in a great location. The apartment offers everything as described. It is very easy to communicate with the hosts. The neighborhood is wonderful with lots of good restaurants and coffee shops. It is central yet quiet.
