A completely furnished apartment in the basement of our log home (our main residence) on 5 acres of woods above beautiful Shavehead Lake. Entrance into the apartment through a screened in porch and double French doors provides privacy and space to relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoor landscape. A large egress window allows natural sunlight into the bedroom on the opposite side of the wall from the kitchen/dining room/living room. Bittersweet ski lodge is literally in the back yard. Less than a 1/4 mile to entrance. Kalamazoo River is across the street with a kayak/canoe launch just a 1/4 mile away. We have kayaks available to rent at a minimal cost and can provide drop off and pick up. There is a fire pit that can be used. There are 8 campsites on the property, 5 with 30 amp service and 3 with 20 amp that are available at additional costs. The Lynx golf course is about 5 miles away.

Located in Westnedge Hill right on the edge of downtown. Just 1.5 miles to the heart of downtown Kalamazoo. It's a 1926 Colonial with a rich history. Well taken care of and very loved. The house has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a 3rd on the main floor. Wood floors throughout. Has a semi private deck off the back for relaxing with a small fenced in back yard under a canopy of trees. Everyman's house has been declared a Historic Home in Kalamazoo.

The Cabin has a total of 420 sq ft living space with 280 sq ft on the ground floor and a 140 sq ft bedroom loft.
