I cannot fault our stay. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Fantastic property, with interesting architecture. Comfy beds, big patio, inviting and secluded garden, spacious lounge. Beautifully located house at the edge of the village and the forest. The kitchen has everything needed for home cooking. Sandra is a warm hostess who responds quickly. Now in winter fine house but in good weather completely ideal.

You really feel like you're going back in time as soon as you step inside, without lacking any comfort. The wide and quiet surroundings complete this. Dark is really dark, because there is not much lighting in the area. Gwen anticipated this well by preparing a flashlight that you can borrow if necessary. Really great! If you lack inspiration, or you want to be without the digital world, there is a stack of leaflets ready for activities in the area. The winery that Gwen mentions is indeed very worthwhile. Without being intrusive, Gwen quietly inquires whether everything is in order. She is always available for questions and responds very quickly. The cottage is fully complete, including wonderfully soft towels. We were there for 3 nights, but we felt so at home that it felt like we were there much longer. In short: we have enjoyed and look back with great pleasure on a wonderful stay in Gendringen!

Fantastisct house and place! Can really recomend it.

The space is a dream. Laurence welcomed us warmly. You have a wonderful view from the terrace into the greenery and the pool. Everything is reminiscent of a cottage in Cornwall with wildflowers. The accommodation was very clean, well equipped and furnished with attention to detail. We will definitely be back!

Stefan is a very friendly and helpful, gave a lot of information and he even got e-bikes and brought them back. The house is nice and big, in the beginning we even got lost. Good kitchen, bathroom and very nice terrace. There are many nice villages and towns to visit in the vicinity of Kleve, partly also by e-bike, and beautiful nature. I definitely recommend this place!

Norbert and Gertraud's house is great. Very well-equipped kitchen and very centrally located. Everything is very clean. Right next door there is a supermarket + bakery. It's not far to town. Norbert had good tips for the area and for restaurants. Easy and fast communication. All in all, it was a great trip to Kevelaer, rounded off by the hospitality of Getraud and Norbert and the great house. Clear recommendation.

The accommodation is in a beautiful quiet place and allows you to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment is very nice, clean and everything you need is available. From towels, coffee machine to the great terrace with grill. The communication was uncomplicated and the host was easily accessible! We'd love to come back!

Super great place to stay that is even better than it looks in the pictures. The apartment has a great location, very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, but you can still get to Xanten or Sonnsbeck quickly. This quiet location is ideal for a few relaxing days and especially if you want to have a quiet New Year's Eve with your dog. Peter and Hella are also super nice hosts! This place can only be recommended!

We did not get to know Katharina personally during that time. But that was no problem at all. Wishes and questions could be clarified quickly via messages and if we had needed her, she would have come by. So we had a lot of time for ourselves and could enjoy the apartment to the fullest! Even though it rained all weekend, the apartment was big enough for 4 adults to retreat. We would definitely rebook this apartment.

Very nice cozy apartment with everything you need for a multi-day stay. Even coffee, tea, pesto, noodles were available. Very nice hosts. Apartment is located on a busy street, but bedroom is to the yard side and quiet.
