Hello to everyone who is reading this. A quiet and very cozy apartment. Everything was clean and very cozy. Communication with the host also went well. One thing, personally, I'm used to sleeping on big beds, and it turned out to be a little small for me, but you quickly get used to it. And also, if you intend to leave early in the morning on weekends by public transport, plan it in advance. Because buses run extremely rarely. In general, I have only positive emotions. Oh, yes, I was also pleased with the presence of a minibar. Which was a great savior in hot weather. I recommend everyone to stay here ☺️

I was there for the 4th time. I am very comfortable with Anna and Bernd. The two are very appreciative, open and helpful. The apartment is very clean, large and it has everything you need. I thank you for your hospitality and for allowing me to sit in your garden all the time :-)

We stayed for two nights in Anne's cozy and sparkling clean apartment and felt very comfortable. Everything matched the description and photos. Since we were in our home country for family celebrations, we unfortunately had no opportunity to use the beautiful garden. The peace and quiet around it was also a blessing. We will be happy to come back.

The house was very cosy, clean, and nicely decorated. The garden was superb, and Ivon and her husband are very friendly and easy-going. I needed to be close to the university, and the location was excellent. Strongly recommended.

The house was clean and exactly as described, the surroundings very nice. Unfortunately, it rained heavily during our vacation. Of course, no one can control the weather. We would definitely come.

Matthias’ one-bedroom ground floor apartment with private outdoor patio & garden was perfect for our stay: clean and in a quiet residential location, it provided everything we could have asked for. A 5-star Airbnb experience.

We had a very nice weekend in honor of my father's 88th birthday. The house is equipped with all comforts, wonderful beds, nice indoor and outdoor places to sit. The area is beautiful! A nice walk from the house in the woods and over the heath, to Planken Wambuis and Museum Arnhem. Thuisweze is a really nice place!

For us as a large family (2 adults, 4 children 7-14 years) nothing was left to be desired: sufficient bedrooms and accommodation (indoors and outdoors); games available indoors and in the garage; shopping and excursion destinations in the vicinity easily accessible by bike; beautiful location, felt "in the middle of the forest"; super equipped kitchen (!) and a sauna :)

Perfect Villa, quiet, relaxing with all amenities, great and spacious, with a fantastic kitchen and great back yard where to relax. Highly Recommended!

Great place to stay; cottage equipped with all comforts - peace and privacy with plenty of outdoor space. For the nature lover, a beautiful environment for hiking and cycling.

The cottage is on a small-scale green park, where you can go with your dog. In fact, it was Pentecost weekend and I have never seen so many dogs. All of them are well-behaved and only friendly dogs. With a few minutes' walk, you are in the forest, where - in some places - the dog can also go off the line. There is also a communal swimming pool that you can use. The cottage is comfortable, the bed is good and also in a nice place where you have no view. Communication with the hostess, Jacq, is perfect. She responds immediately to any question. Thank you for the nice days.

The apartment was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for the stay. Youssef responded to my messages very quickly. Everything about Youssef, the apartment and its cleanliness was very good; however, we were disturbed by the noise of the neighbors while resting. One of the neighbors heard loud calls to prayer (Adhan) and music, phoned loudly until late at night, and this noise prevented us from sleeping.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time in Reckum – and especially thanks to the great host! Already at check-in, we were warmly welcomed and felt immediately comfortable. Our host was consistently personable, incredibly patient and helpful at all times. Whether it was tips for the area, small concerns or spontaneous questions – he always had an open ear and a solution ready. His competence and serenity have made our stay truly special. Thanks to him, we were able to enjoy the time in Reckum to the fullest. We highly recommend the place and especially the host – we will be happy to come back!

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

Sterre’s place was a delightful base in the old part of Grave. It was roomy, comfortable and well-equipped. We enjoyed an evening glass of wine on the little balcony overlooking the rooftops of the town. Sterre was lovely to deal with and we appreciated the treats she left for us. Top of our list for accommodation in the Netherlands.

Paul’s home was so nice and comfortable to stay. It was very clean, which is always the most important thing for me. He was very welcoming and responsive to any of my questions. I would gladly stay here again!

Consider yourselves really lucky and blessed if you can get a booking at this place at your desired dates! This apartment, and so the owners: Ulf & Charlotte, are truly deserving the 5 stars-rating by all their guests who had been here before us! :) The other guests already wrote pretty much everything we wanted to write, about how squeaky clean everything is in this apartment, how comfortable, how quiet, how modern it is, etc., and it provides everything you need for a short or even long stay. They even have an EV charger! And with the parking space just right outside the entrance door, is really convenient! And another thing that was super nice was the 2 AC units (1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room), and they put shutters at all windows! which is great! not only for privacy but also to prevent heat coming from the outside. We were staying here during a very hot weekend, which was up to 32°-33°C (with real feel of 34°). But we were super comfortable inside the apartment.

We had a great time at Eefje's place. The place is spacious and met all of our expectations. The outside is perfect for breakfast. the two bikes available allowed us to discover the city and put us in the shoes of Dutch. The two cats are very cute and sociable

We had a wonderful month-long stay at Robert's place on St. Annastraat Nijmegen. This unique dwelling is very spacious with high ceilings and is artfully styled. The two level apartment is full of light, and is peaceful with friendly neighbors, a great kitchen with lovely large dining table and a delightfully private enclosed patio garden. The dedicated workspace was a great bonus. The bed upstairs is comfortable with fresh linens and plenty of closet space to unpack and store belongings. We really appreciated the thoughtful intentionality and soul in the design and decor. It felt very much like someone's much-loved home & therefore made us feel very comfortable in Nijmegen. Thank you Robert and big gratitude to neighbor Mary-Ann who was so kind and helpful to us during our stay.
