Family-friendly apartment with south terrace on our sunny horse farm

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

Apartment 39 "Welcome to the Hartmanns"

Our beautiful, modern apartment is fully furnished and is about 64 square meters. It is located on the first floor of our single-family house and can be reached via a private entrance door with two steps. Free parking is available opposite the house on the street or by arrangement in the yard. Terrace use and garden possible if needed and by arrangement. Families with children are welcome. The apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and the furnishings are as good as new.

Our beautiful, bright apartment is surrounded by meadows and fields in Vlotho-Wehrendorf. Surrounded by many animals and nature, you can forget everyday life here. The large garden invites you to linger. But also in the immediate vicinity you can find great excursion destinations. Die sehr schöne,neu renovierte und hochwertig ausgestattete 107qm grosse EG Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage von Vlotho / Uffeln auf der Sonnenseite des Buhn. Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen komplett sanierten Resthof in ruhiger Lage und doch nur 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Unser Haus liegt sehr nah am Weserradweg. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Urlauber, Monteure oder Geschäftsreisende.

Es ist hochwertig möbliert und mit komfortablem Korkboden ausgelegt. Im Sommer ist Gartennutzung möglich, es gibt einen Parkplatz und Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Wir wohnen dörflich, die A2 kann mit dem Auto in 15 Minuten erreicht werden.

In the beautiful Weser-Berg-Land, our small apartment is located right on the edge of the forest. The apartment is located on the slightly lower ground floor. In the closed bedroom there is a double bed and on request a single bed can be set up. The apartment is fully equipped, towels and linens are included. On request, riders can also bring their horse. Stable, meadow and riding area are provided.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in der malerischen Weserschleife Vlotho, inmitten eines kleinen Dorfkerns mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Vlotho ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Weserradweg und nahe dem Weser-und Wiehengebirge für Wanderungen. Bus, Bahn, Autobahn in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Our small "cottage in the field" is located in the quiet district of Lohe with fantastic views of the Wiehen Hills, about 3 km from the city center of Bad Oeynhausen. In our spacious garden lies the family-friendly hut with a west-facing orientation out of sight of our house, which is about 30 meters away. You will enjoy peace, views and privacy.
