Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kallithea

Evelina's place was a very cozy and well detailed apartment. We felt right at home. The location is great, at the end of a cul-de-sac, with absolute no car noise, but very close to Argiroupolis's center, with many restaurants, bakeries, bars and shops nearby. It is very easy to reach by car, just a few minutes from Vouliagmeni's avenue and just 8 minutes walk to the metro station (red line). Evelina was proactive with all communications and was very helpful during the stay. Thank you Evelina.

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

We were only at Clara’s property for one night on our way to the islands but it was perfect for what we needed. There was a bus from the airport that stopped right nearby and a short drive to the port the next day. Clara was very responsive through the process for any questions we had prior to our arrival.

The house was spotless, the sheets and towels perfectly clean and the host was very communicative and sweet! I’d definitely book it again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place is like the pics and description, and felt bigger than we expected - very spacious for just two. The pool is fabulous, and with the retracting roof you can always have a bit of shade. Very easy to get into central Athens on the local tube. The perfect location to sightsee in the main city, but also be able to relax by the pool at the hottest points of the day. Also only a 10-15 min Uber to the beach. Would thoroughly recommend this rental if you’re visiting the area!

We had a lovely stay at Katerinas! We stayed for one night before our ferry the next morning and were able to walk to the ferry from her place which was really helpful. The bed was so comfortable and the apartment was super clean and modern! Katerina has also been really responsive and helpful which we greatly appreciate.

We had a great time staying here and will absolutely stay again if we return to Athens. It's incredibly convenient to get the train to/from the airport, port, and city centre - I think that was the highlight. We also really appreciated the balcony view, air conditioning, and ability to leave our luggage behind a locked gate before check-in and after check-out. Stelios was also super helpful and really does respond within the hour. Everything looked clean when we arrived, towels and bedsheets were left folded on the bed for us. Only a light blanket was provided but that's all that was needed in 25+ degrees celsius heat. I did find a larger, thicker duvet in the closet but unfortunately it was very dirty (the cleaner probably didn't know it was used). However, there's laundry facilities in the building and I can attest that they are super convenient and easy to use. Lastly, check-in and check-out was straightforward and instructions were clear. Wonderful host, clean and comfortable flat, in bustling area near many amenities, including tram station., right next to the Nea Smyrni square.

Our stay was great; this apartment was squeaky clean and exactly as pictured. Walkable to city centre and close to a very interesting historic park. The garage gate helped us feel safe and secure as women travelling alone and was easy to use. The host's gift of a bottle of wine was very thoughtful- make sure you bring a corkscrew and enjoy! 100% recommended.

Super apartment in a fabulous location for the Acropolis and great cafe’s and restaurants. Good value for the affluent location. The apartment felt very secure, all communications with the host were excellent. The apartment is compact but very well equipped with a balcony too and a fabulous rooftop view of the Acropolis at night. We too had an issue with the shower leaking onto the bathroom floor leading to a very wet bathmat and floor, but this can easily be resolved by the host and did not spoil our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Die Unterkunft war super – neben der guten Ausstattung und dem vielen Platz war die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die Akropolis das absolute Highlight! Die Lage ist ideal, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar und auch Restaurants, Cafés sowie Supermärkte befinden sich direkt um die Ecke. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es angenehm ruhig. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert, Akis war sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Das Bett fanden wir persönlich etwas hart, aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache :) Ein Aufenthalt bei Akis lohnt sich auf jeden Fall!

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und mit einer traumhaften Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war super – schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders nett fanden wir, dass wir sogar früher einchecken durften. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, in der wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Athens! From the moment we arrived, our host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. She struck the perfect balance of being available whenever we needed help, yet always respecting our privacy, something we truly appreciated. The apartment itself was stunning, tastefully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the pool, which we had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our stay. It felt like our own little oasis in the city. Another thoughtful touch was the welcome basket, such attention to detail! It was clear that a lot of care and consideration went into making our stay special. And a special thank you to our host for being so patient and kind when we (more than once!) forgot our keys. She never made us feel like a burden and always helped with a smile. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had. We can’t recommend it highly enough ❤️

John’s place was great! The views for the huge balcony/terrace were incredible. We were there for 2 nights and able to walk restaurants, cool little neighborhoods and the Acropolis. His place is located deep in the center of the city. Highly recommend taxi or public transit. Again, views were outstanding!!

The Loft is a fantastic base from which to explore Athens. It was the jacuzzi that drew me to it and it did not disappoint after long days of walking. Whilst slightly out.of the centre, it was still easy to walk and a metro station just around the corner. Andres was responsive to all my queries and requests and very accommodating to our need for a slightly later check out. Entry to the building and the apartment is via a smart app which worked well...just need to be careful that your phone doesn't run out of charge! Fantastic place and host...would 100% recommend. This day was simply wonderful—a hidden pearl in the heart of effort. With the most breathtaking view of the Acropolis, it felt like stepping into a scene from a beautiful Hollywood film. I’m already looking forward to returning. I can’t recommend this place enough—just wow.

We absolutely loved this spot! Close to cute cafes and beautiful beaches within walking distance. I really loved waking up in the am to the birds and sounds of the sea while having coffee. Thank you!!
