Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar – mit direktem Meerblick aus der Wohnung und einem wunderschönen Strand direkt vor der Haustür! 🏖️ Die Unterkunft war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – sauber, gemütlich und funktional. Perfekt, um ein paar entspannte Tage am Meer zu genießen. Absolute Empfehlung, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! 🙌🌅

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, la terraza es enorme, muy fresca, cómoda para desayunar, comer o cenar viendo el mar. Costas siempre estuvo disponible, y nos dejó una cesta de frutas, magdalenas y chocolatinas. La zona es fantástica para pasar unos días y conocer parte de la isla, es una zona turística pero muy tranquila y cómoda, alado del precioso pueblo de Chania, la Canea que es maravilloso y desde el apartamento se puede llegar andando con un precioso paseo de una hora, en coche son menos de 10 minutos y en autobús que para alado de casa también. Todo muy cómodo. La playa también está bien y la de alado es muy bonita.

We spent the most lovely time at Nikos place with our baby and friends. The villa is located directly by the sea with a spectacular view. We enjoyed really enjoyed our breakfasts watching the waves and listening to the ocean so much. The place is very quiet and private. Nikos is the most welcoming host and gave us great directions for the island. We can definitely recommend staying there! Thank you so much for having us.

Wir hätten uns den Aufenthalt nicht schöner vorstellen können. Ein absolutes Stück Paradies, ganz privat mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Wahrlich einzigartig! Die Unterkunft hat alles, was man braucht. Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, sodass man selber kochen und grillen kann. Alles ist sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl! Stella und ihr Ehemann sind unglaublich herzliche, gastfreundliche Menschen. Zu jeder Zeit haben sie ihre Hilfe angeboten und den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Sie überraschten uns gleich zwei Mal mit leckeren selbstgemachten Speisen, stellten Wasser, Obst und Frühstück bereit. Wir werden die beiden und den Ort nicht mehr vergessen und kommen sicher wieder. ❤️ Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Het is een heerlijke plek op slechts een paar meter van de zee. Rondom het huis zijn verschillende zitjes, zodat je altijd een plekje in de zon of juist schaduw hebt. Het voelt echt als een paradijs op aarde waar je heerlijk tot rust komt. Het is zeker een plek om nog eens terug te komen

Superbe maison, très bien située , endroit très calme et reposant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maman de Gregoris nous a très amicalement accueillis et nous a fourni d excellents conseils. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Alkis was an amazing host! He went above and beyond with helpful directions and recommendations. Daily check-ins and lots of cleaning via whats app, to ensure we were happy. He even helped navigate the streets by piloting us through some closed roads when we went anywhere, many thanks Alkis.

Vlakbij het strand. Parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Appartement heeft alles wat je maar nodig kan hebben. Behulpzame verhuurder. Alles op wandelafstand, auto is enkel nodig voor daguitstappen. Leuk speelgoed voor de kinderen. Enige minpunt is dat het naast een drukke baan ligt met nodige lawaai.

כל כך נהננו בשהות שלנו בווילה ! הבריכה המחוממת לנוף מהמם ואזור כפרי מלא בטבע וירוק . הקבלת פנים הייתה נעימה ומסבירת פנים. כל שאלה שהייתה לנו המארחים ענו לנו מהר . היה מושלם ! חלום של מקום!

Javi’s place is perfect. It’s clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and having the pool after a long day at the beach, was divine. The apartment is only a few meters away from the beach and wonderful restaurants. Truly one of our best airbnb experiences which we hope to repeat over and over again.

Beautiful well equipped house in a perfect location within easy walking distance of a supermarket, beach and restaurants. What makes this house absolutely exceptional is the host, Stavros. He couldn’t have been more welcoming, meeting us with some very welcoming groceries including his homemade wine and olive oil. We will absolutely be back. Thank you Stavros for making our stay so perfect.

So many emotions and so much gratitude that it’s hard to find the words… but I’ll try! The villa’s name says it all - What a View Villa! The breathtaking sea views, the sound of the waves, and the scents from the terraces and pool…. you just simply have to come and feel it yourself!😉 Often Airbnb homes are nice but lack soul. NOT THIS ONE! Everything inside and out is spotless, stylish, cozy, and full of heart. The moment you open the door, you feel truly at home. We stayed as a family of 6 with kids, and everyone had plenty of space and we instantly fell in love with place And the biggest treasure here is Zoi herself. What a Host! (Yes, with a capital H!) She made sure every detail was perfect and helped us even with personal matters, like a own family member would. Zoi, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We will never forget your kindness, care, and generosity.❤️❤️❤️ I will wholeheartedly recommend this villa and wonderful Host to all my friends, family, and anyone visiting Cr

Lovely clean modern apartment. Grounds and pool are kept very nicely, and owners are very kind and helpful. A car is a must to get around. Closest supermarket is 3 minutes drive up the road, closest beach is 3 mins drive down the road! Large local sandy beach with clear water and a few fish. Plenty of beach bars. Snorkeling beaches with more sea life also nearby. Beautiful sunsets over the mountains that could be enjoyed from the front balcony. Rear balcony overlooked the pool but also had a sea view. Air conditioning worked well. There are small waterfalls within 10 mins drive, and a freshwater lake also within 10mins drive where you can swim and hire pedalos amongst the mountains. Also managed a trip to Knossos Palace (approx 90mins drive). We had a wonderful stay and would recommend to others.

We had a wonderful warm welcome from Athina & her husband when we arrived , they couldn’t have been more accommodating. The villa was fabulous & very clean. The views from the villa were stunning and the whole area is absolutely beautiful, with 1 local restaurant & a small beach just a 5 minute walk away, along the seaside. It’s a very quiet area. It is less than a 30 minute drive to Chania town where there is lots to see and do. We didn’t find local taxis very easy to come by so I would recommend renting a car to get around during your stay, otherwise you are paying double the average price for private company/ prebooked taxis & getting food ect delivered to the villa , there is a nice supermarket nearby where you can get your groceries for cooking yourself, but it is not very walkable. Overall we really enjoyed our time in Chania and would definitely return in the future. Thank you to Athina and her colleagues for being so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

We had 3 wonderful weeks at Mary’s Villas #1 with our two boys, 12&13. We were looking for privacy, quite and a great beach. We found it all with this villa. The location is great, the pool was pristine and the perfect temperature. The villa is just steps away from a beautiful private beach with crystal clear water. We snorkeled daily for hours. The highlight of the villa is the wonderful support of Luby, who was always available with great tips and recommendations. She cleaned the villa every 2-3 days which was perfect and she worked around our schedule so we never felt interrupted. There is a good taverna right next to the villa but unfortunately the wine isn’t drinkable. We only learned at the end of the trip that we could have brought our own. There is a supermarket close by and many great tavernas but you’ll need a car. They are about 10 mins drive away. We highly recommend this villa to couples and families looking for the ultimate in relaxation.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Blick aufs Meer hat uns besonders gefallen. Es ist alles in der Nähe was man braucht und in einem 30 minütigen Spaziergang entlang am Meer ist man in der Altstadt von Rethymno. Besonderen Dank an Pantelis, der sich um alle unsere Belang sehr freundlich gekümmert hat

Fantastic place to stay, perfect location. took my husband for a flying visit as he has not been here before so went for a place right in the centre of old town by the port. Could not have found a better place, the view out of the bedroom window was lovely. Krisztina was very quick to answer any queries, and really friendly throughtout the conversations. lovely bottle of wine in the fridge what a lovely surprise, sadly was in such a rush to get out and do stuff i forgot it was there until the last morning, next time will make sure i drink it. Took shampoo conditioner and shower gel, didnt need to as that was there as well.brilliant host and amazing time we had there. The appartment was absolutely perfect for a couple, cannot recommend it highly enough. thank you so much Krisztina

The views from this place are beyond breathtaking, especially at sunset! This is an area that is just walking distance from the touristy spot and is very peaceful. My bf was worried about smell and sound being above a restaurant, but there were zero issues. It’s practically sound proof. We sat on the balcony multiple times a day to people watch and listen to the beautiful street performers. We must have missed it in the listing, but please note that this is a home someone lives in. So you don’t have as much storage as you would in an Airbnb dedicated to guests only. We had one closet, two drawers, and could store suitcases under the bed. Not much storage or counter space for our things, but the host did say we could use anything in the house which was nice for cooking our own meals. Highly recommend the brunch and coffee at the Sandbar! Would definitely recommend this spot, especially for couples. The bed is a thick memory foam mattress and was very cozy & comfortable. We slept great!

Absolutely brilliant stay! We spent over 8 nights here and loved every moment. The location is ideal—peaceful yet close to Chania’s vibrant areas, with a lovely quiet beach just 2 minutes away. Plenty of tavernas, mini markets, and local eateries nearby made everything super convenient. Panagiotis is a truly exceptional host—responsive, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. He allowed us to check in early, shared great local tips, and even welcomed us with traditional Cretan snacks. The home has a relaxed, vacation vibe that made us feel at ease right away. Ofcourse has all the amenities! We hired a car, which made exploring Crete and beach hopping effortless. Before we left, Panagiotis surprised us with heartfelt goodbye gifts—a gesture that made us genuinely emotional. We will be definitely back!

Karolina und Jadwiga sind sehr angenehme Hosts und die Kommunikation zwischen uns war immer sehr schnell und hilfreich. Der Check-In funktioniert einwandfrei. Bei uns hat Google Maps jedoch das Nachbarsgebäude angezeigt. Jedoch ist die Unterkunft aussen angeschrieben und entsprechend findet man sie so. Die Unterkunft an sich ist exzellent: Moderne Küche und Bäder, schöne Zimmer. Und der Aussenbereich mit Liegen, Sonnenschirme, Tische, Stühle, Grillstellen und Strand ist phänomenal! Das einzige, das ein bisschen störend ist: Man ist direkt an der Haupstrasse und im Haus selber hört man diesen Lärm doch noch gut.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. L’hôte était très réactif et nous avons eu un chaleureux accueil. Le condo était propre et fidèle aux photos. Il est aussi très bien situé, a proximité de tout les services, mais la rue est très calme. Je recommande sans hésitation!

Vi hade en underbar vecka där hela familjen umgicks på husets härliga uteplats och på stranden. Fantastiskt att den var så nära! Älskade att kunna gå i badkläder från huset till havet och tillbaka till husets utedusch, och sen slappa i de sköna solstolarna och hängmattorna i skuggan. Det lilla köket var utrustat med det som behövdes för att laga mat hemma, men många kvällar åt vi på tavernan som ligger fem minuter bort. Goda klassiska grekiska rätter, och även om restaurangen inte får högsta betyg var den ändå väldigt mysig.
