Le logement est un super rapport qualité / prix. Petit mais efficace . La literie est très bonne ( haut matelas ) C est tres propre. La cuisine est petite mais équipé correctement pour des repas basique. les fenêtres sont en double vitrage, elles coupent le son de la route quand c est fermé . Il y a des moustiquaires à chaque porte/fenêtre, très appréciable. L’extérieur est tres chaleureux, pleins de bonnes ondes, Baow met à cœur de bien entretenir ses extérieurs, le coin enfant est très propre et sympa pour les petits. Le logement est à moins de 5km à pieds de la plus belle plage de la région "Karidi beach” j ai fait le chemin tous les jours à pieds (55minutes en marchant doucement ) et la route est agréable ! Baow est tres sympathique, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions, très appréciable !! nous reviendrons ! merci

Nice flat, good location in Nea Kallikratia. It was very good for family with two kids. Flat is very well equiped with all that you need, kitchen also. AC is also possible but we don’t use it too much. Wifi is very good for greek appartments. Thank you!

Logement très agréable, vaste espace pour toute une famille, bien équipé. Une magnifique terrasse avec vue sur la mer, à réellement 1mn à pied de la plage, et idéalement situé dans Perea ! Je recommande sans hésiter !

Прекрасное месторасположение , есть парковочные места. Пляж , кафе, рестораны в несколькольких минутах ходьбы , при этом место немного в стороне от всех заведений и за счет этого отсутствует шум.

Einfach nur WOW!! Wenn man auf der Suche nach einer spektakulären Wohnung und einer herzlichen Gastgeberin ist, dann ist man dort genau richtig!! Ich habe keine Worte für die Qualitäten von Tina als Gastgeberin!! Und von der Unterkunft ganz zu schweigen.. einfach toll dieser Ausblick!!

Gemütliche Wohnung wie auf den Bildern. Sehr schöner großer Balkon mit elektrischer Markise. Blick über die Stadt. Nicht ganz ruhig, liegt direkt an der Straße. Man hat aber alles in der Nähe und immer etwas zu gucken. Große Küche, in der ich aber einen Wasserkocher und einen Frapeemixer vermisst habe.

We had a wonderful stay. The Appartement was well equipped. We loved the lovely decoration and the comfortable firniture which made the Appartemebt very cozy. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden (our kids loved the playground). The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

For anyone considering booking, read this: This was one of the best Airbnb's I've ever been! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give 11! :) Best value! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Upon arrival our flight was delayed and therefore we arrived late in the evening around 10pm. Nikoletta was very flexible and waited patiently for us to greet us and show us everything. When we came, there was a nice present on the table for us with greek wine, chocolates, local sweets. The place was even bigger and more beautiful than pictures could show: enough space for 8 people and a toddler. During our stay we didn't miss a thing, literally everything we could ever need was available: beach towels, dishwasher (love it!), shower gel, toys for the kids, a huge dining table for many people, pizza oven AND barbecue, a full on library of German books, even pens and paper was available.. Really beautiful surrounding, close beach, quiet area, nice restaurants. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

We had a really nice stay at Maria's place in Nea Sikonia! The house was well equipped with all the appliances we needed for a comfortable family stay. House location is in the heart of the village, just steps away from the beach, charming village center, and a variety of great restaurants but at the same time in a quite small alley. Nea Sikonia itself is a picturesque village with a lovely square and a street lined with restaurants and cafes right in front of the beach and small harbor Traveling by car is ideal for exploring nearby places like Agia Paraskevi, Chaniotis, Pefkochori, Paliouri among others all of which are just a short drive away. Most importantly Maria is incredible host, kind and responsive, always ready to assist with any questions and local recommendations and welcomed us with a great home made Limoncello Last but not least Maria warmly welcomed our Jack Russell, Eddy, who had the freedom to run freely around in the house's yard and enjoy the vacation with us.

Thank you to Dimitris and his parents, Dina and George, for their warm hospitality! From the very first meeting, we felt we were in good hands. Dimitris was always available and offered helpful advice for a relaxing stay. Communication with Dina and George was heartfelt and pleasant. We stayed on the first floor of a charming house and appreciated the complete privacy it offered: a separate entrance, a lovely courtyard, and an incredible summer kitchen where we could cook and enjoy our meals. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although we missed having a kettle, we made do with the electric coffee maker. The house was clean and well-kept. While one of the bedrooms and the shared kitchen area were a bit dark, this was more than made up for by the cozy summer kitchen and the location close to the beach. The biggest advantage for us was the beach—just a short and easy 3-minute walk away. It was wide, long, and pleasantly uncrowded. Strongly recommended !!!

Kurz und knapp: absolut großartig! Paraskevi und ihr Mann sind wundervolle Gastgeber und quasi das i-Tüpfelchen zur traumschönen und topsauberen Immobilie. Familiär, herzlich, offen wird man hier empfangen und fühlt sich wirklich gleich wie Zuhause. Der Blick vom Balkon ist atemberaubend und lädt zum verweilen ein. Ein sehr schöner Strandabschnitt ist mit dem Auto superschnell erreichbar. Hier gibt es Liegen gegen ein Getränk. Der Weg zur Promenade mit vielen guten Tavernen ist ebenfalls kurz. Ich wäre sehr gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Daher von mir eine absolute Empfehlung und nochmals tausend Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Το διαμέρισμα φαινόταν ωραίο από τις φωτογραφίες, αλλά όταν φτάσαμε πάθαμε σοκ!!! Ήταν όλα τέλεια, φοβερή διακόσμηση σε όλο το σπίτι, το παιδικό δωμάτιο ήταν καταπληκτικό με ποιοτικά παιχνίδια και έπιπλα. Εξοπλισμός για τα πάντα και όλες τις ανάγκες μιας οικογένειας. Σπάνια πετυχαίνεις ένα τέτοιο σπίτι. Η Σόφη ήταν φιλική, άμεση και πολύ πρόθυμη στη φιλοξενία. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ. Το ευχαριστήθηκαν παρά πολύ τα παιδάκια μας αλλά και εμείς φυσικά.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Thessaloniki! The place was clean, spacious, and comfortably fit three people. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals when we didn’t feel like eating out. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, yet incredibly convenient—with a supermarket, cafes, a pharmacy, and parking all within close walking distance. One of my favorite things was how close it was to the “Paralia Thessalonikis” – just a 3-minute walk and you’re by the sea, perfect for relaxing walks along the waterfront. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Thessaloniki who wants a cozy, well-located place to stay!

Nandia’s place is located in one of the best areas of Thessaloniki, surrounded by greenery in a very quiet neighborhood. Of course, you do need a car to get to the city center. It's exactly what you need to relax. Her place was very well-kept. From there, you can plan your excursions to explore the city’s ancient and Byzantine heritage, its beaches, and its amazing food. Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα και πολύ φιλικός οικοδεσπότης. Ακόμα και μια μικρή ζημιά που έγινε στο μπάνιο κατά την διαμονή μου εκεί, ανέλαβε να την επιδιορθώσει ο ίδιος. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Tack för att du är värd för oss i ditt mysigt hem. Huset är rent och har ett bekvämt läge för transport till alla turistområden och restauranger. Parkeringen är tillgänglig dygnet runt. Jag hoppas att vi träffas nästa sommar.

Das war bereits unser dritter Urlaub in der Wohnung von Sophia, und es war, wie auch davor, ganz toll für uns. Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet (zumindest uns hat es an nichts gefehlt). Die Lage ist für uns perfekt. Es ist ruhig, nah am Strand,dieser ist nicht von Menschenmengen überlaufen. Vor allem unter der Woche kann man einen fast leeren Strand genießen. Wer mehr erleben möchte, kann abends die Zeit im Zentrum verbringen. Sophia ist eine super nette Gastgeberin. Immer gut erreichbar,hat gute Tipps,sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung.
