Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Attic apartment by the pond

You have the entire apartment unit to yourself. 2 beds are in the bedroom, 2 beds on a fold-out bed with quality mattresses. You can enjoy a large terrace with seating. Our family lives on the ground floor, there is another apartment in the attic, which is adjacent to the apartment. Guests appreciate the view of the pond, walking or cycling in the nearby forests, or the possibility of visiting the surrounding cultural monuments. The house is located in a village near Jindřichův Hradec. You can relax, whether you're passing through or want to stay for a few days.

This unique, cozy family studio is tucked away in the very heart of the historic center of Český Krumlov. It is located on the ground floor of an authentic 16th-century house. The interior has been completely renovated with a focus on detail, comfort, and functionality. The centerpiece of the studio is a spacious and exceptionally comfortable bed with a high-quality mattress, ensuring a perfect night's rest after a day spent exploring the city. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy home cooking while traveling.

Fishing cabin with sauna

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and a pond where time flows more slowly. In the morning, enjoy a quiet breakfast on a picnic blanket, a boat ride, and refresh yourself during the day under the solar shower or relax in the hamac overlooking the sunset. Newly you will also find a private wood-fired sauna – an ideal ritual for warming up your body throughout the day. In the evening, you'll be warmed up by a crackling fireplace or outdoor fire pit, while bats fly quietly overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Vlasenice Arboretum

Tiny house with wellness located in a unique place, in a sculptural Arboretum or in a magical garden. An ideal opportunity to relax and actively spend a holiday in the heart of the picturesque nature of the Highlands. A suitable place for a family vacation, where children will not be short of fun, but also for couples who want to enjoy themselves, sports, romance or just relax and listen to the sounds of nature. We have a Finnish sauna and a new hot tub barrel (both for an extra charge) overlooking the magical garden or the stars 🌌

straw house

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Yelena lakeside forest retreat

Enjoy the tranquility of our lakeside cabin. Located in the woods on the edge of the water this is the perfect place to escape and relax. Newly refurbished the cottage has a large upper floor with king size bed and single bed. The open plan ground floor has floor to ceiling windows with a view of the lake, a fireplace, full kitchen, dining table and sofa that converts to a comfortable bed. Two paddleboards and kayak are available for you to use. The lake is private so fishing is not allowed.

Semi-secluded cottage with sauna

Relax and recharge your batteries in a semi-secluded cabin. You will be surrounded by a meadow, a forest and a small stream. You will sleep in the treetops, read a book by the fire or in an armchair with a view and the sauna will strengthen your immunity. Private sauna is already included in the price. For those who need to work, there is Wifi and a work space at the table in the living room or outside on the terrace. The cottage has electricity, a flush toilet and hot & cold water.

Chalet Blatnice

Chata Blatnice by the Kozák pond is a great retreat for all those who need to recharge their batteries in the middle of nature. Look for your lost peace in the woods, read a book you haven't had time for in a long time, drink coffee on the porch without having to look at the clock, and practice your regular yoga set on the shore of the pond for a change. Or swap the cottage for your home office and get into things you can't focus on in the city.

Castle-View Retreat in Český Krumlov

Wake to a view over the green garden and old orchard, above which rise the castle, St. Vitus Church and the entire historic centre. A design apartment with luxurious furnishings and the feeling of home. Free parking right by the house, the centre 10 minutes on foot. Lipno 30 minutes by car, Šumava National Park within an hour — the densest network of marked trails in the Czech Republic begins practically at the door.
