You have your own entrance upstairs with 1 bedroom, a cozy room with built-in modern kitchen and a private bathroom with wonderfully soft, completely lime-free water and toilet. You have a particularly unobstructed view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the opportunity to enjoy the seat outside in peace. (Breakfast is provided free of charge by us.)

Directly on the water and within a few minutes in the woods or on the heath. Contactless check-in and check-out are possible. All guidelines of the RIVM have been followed to ensure a safe and hygienic stay.

You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for €7.50 per day. (That is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual in Utrecht!)
