Cozy one-room kitchen-bath apartment. In the sleeping - living room there is a spacious desk, a single bed, another extra bed can be booked for €5 per night. A TV and wingback chair are also provided. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and 2 hotplates. Cups, dishes, etc. are sufficiently available, as well as a small dining table and two chairs. In the bathroom with window is a toilet, sink and bathtub. Free parking is available in front of the apartment. The key handover takes place at the apartment. The WHU can be reached on foot in just under 10 minutes and the city center in five minutes. The house is located about 50 meters from the Rheinsteig and Schönstadt.

The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. The three apartments are located in a listed half-timbered house on the Rhine built in 1617. The house is located on the historic Rhine promenade in Neuwied-Engers and belongs to the listed ensemble of castle and master house (State Music Academy). In the historic cellar from 1370 you will find a wine shop; "Wein am Rhein." The house was completely renovated from 2014-2016.

The light-flooded, open-plan apartment is located in Sankt Sebastian. From there it is only a few kilometers to the Rhine-Mosel city of Koblenz. Koblenz and its surroundings offer numerous attractions. Such as the German corner, the geyser in Andernach as well as castles and palaces. You can also reach the Städe Koblenz, Mülheim-Kärlich and Neuwied in 5 minutes on foot by public transport. The apartment is 74 square meters and is located on the upper floor.

The kitchen with dining counter also has a microwave, coffee maker, kettle (coffee & tea are available). In the living area there is a SATELLITE TV and a radio alarm clock. There is a wardrobe bed 120 cm, as well as a box spring bed 140 cm. Not suitable for small children.
