This apartment is located in a family house on the ground floor and has a sea view. It is 800 m from the pebble beach, and 400 m from the center. The accommodation unit has one room with a double bed and an extra bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a sofa as an extra bed if necessary, SAT and free Wi-Fi, the apartment is acclimatized but the use of air conditioning is paid 10€ per day.

It is located in a small village Kapelica, close to Labin and Rabac. The Pool house with fireplace/grill, summer kitchen, large 56” outside TV next to the pool, and more sitting areas make the garden very comfortable and enjoyable.
