Our house is in a location where you can wake up with a perfect view and find peace while watching the sunset from your balcony. We are within walking distance of the beach and restaurants on the pier. Enjoy your holiday with your loved ones in this wonderful house, which is 5 minutes from the beaches in Incirlikoy and Iskele on foot, and 5 minutes from Bodrum and Kuyucak beaches by car. There is also the possibility to descend to the Aquasas Dive Center from our house via stairs. You can discover the extraordinary submarine view of Karaburun.

Ulamış chalet

A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

Our house, located in Hamzabükü, which has the unique nature of Karaburun, has a view of nature and the sea. Hamzabükü Bay is within walking distance. Kumbükü and Gönsüz bays are 5 minutes away by car. Piney House promises a peaceful holiday under pine trees, with a starry view over tangerine and lemon trees. You can read your book or sip your drink on the terrace with the sounds of birds. It is 10 minutes by car to Sarpıncık Lighthouse, which has the most beautiful sunset in Turkey.
