My stay in this apartment was exceptional! Ideally located, it provides easy access to local attractions. The apartment is well equipped with all necessary amenities. In addition, the host was welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The host is truly wonderful and helped us find a doctor for our sick child. She was always willing to respond to our questions and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The flat is comfortable and spacious. The area is quiet. 100% recommend.

It is family place, very cosy and friendly people around. It feels like home, beautiful nature around, bbq zone, fruit trees and rest zones. Inside the room all the amenities are presented, you can feel it all in the little thoughtful details. In general it is a peaceful rest place not far from Yerevan.

The building is brand new, and the apartment felt very fresh and quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Yerevan. It felt very safe and peaceful. The apartment had everything I needed: fast Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, a great shower, and a small but well-equipped kitchen for cooking breakfast or a quick meal. It’s ideal for a solo traveler or a couple. The host was friendly, responsive, and made self check-in super easy. I really appreciated their quick replies to my questions.
