Family-friendly holiday rentals in Karlobag

Ruhiges Häuschen in guter Lage auf einem sehr nett angelegten Grundstück. Bis zum ersten „Strand“ sind es nur wenige Meter, auch etwas schönere Buchten sind in 10 Minuten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Kristijan und seinem Bruder Danijel lief ohne Probleme, beide haben immer schnell und hilfreich geantwortet, auch Tipps zu Lokalen oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab’s via WA. Das Grundstück ist traumhaft mit vielen Kräutern und Olivenbäumen. Leider gabs zu dem Zeitpunkt wo wir dort waren (Ende Mai) eine ziemliche Raupenplage, vor allem auf der Eiche zu Beginn des Grundstücks welche den Krabbelradius des Babies notgedrungen etwas eingeschränkt haben. Die Wohnung selbst hat alles was man braucht wenn auch die Kaffeemaschine leider defekt war - Ersatz wäre aber organisiert worden wenn nötig ☺️ Einzig die Parkplatzsituation ist wie schon von einigen vorher geschrieben etwas schwierig. Wir würden jedenfalls gerne wiederkommen, dann vllt zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt im Jahr😊

Dalibor's cottage is a great place. Very clan and spacious and perfectly equipped for a short - or longer - stay. We really liked the atmosphere and leisuring on the deck and in the jacuzzi after long hikes in the neighborhood. You are a few minutes away by car from 3 large supermarkets and any styles of restaurants. Perfect place for sending time in the Plitvice area (the entrance of the Park is 20 minutes away). Super - everything about our stay at BeaRs log was fantastic. Beautifully appointed, incredibly clean, comfortable & in wonderful surrounds. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Dragana was very responsive & helpful. Would highly recommend staying at BeaRs Log. The only unfortunate thing is the bar has been set very high for the next accommodation on our holiday!

Der Aufenthalt in Dijanas Ferienwohnung war einfach fantastisch! Dijana ist eine unglaublich nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie war immer hilfsbereit und stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung, wodurch wir uns sofort wohl und willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung selbst war perfekt – besonders der atemberaubende Meerblick war ein Highlight! Alles war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Wir haben die Ruhe und die wunderschöne Umgebung sehr genossen. Vielen Dank, Dijana, für diese wundervolle Zeit – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Super Villa, Super Woche! Wir waren 1 Woche in der Villa Dabo und hatten und extra für die etwas entferntere Lage zur nächsten Stadt entschieden. Sehr privat alles, man kann auch mal lauter sein ohne wen zu stören. In direkter nähe sind 2 kleine Strände zu Fuß zu erreichen, an denen auch nicht viel los war (Mitte - Ende September). 2x pro Woche wird der Pool gereinigt. Das Haus selbst war sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, das man braucht. Definitiv eine Empfehlung!

Pre super boravak, u prekrasnom, autohtonom okruženju, sa najboljim domaćinom ikad! Ivan se zbilja jako trudi da vam apsolutno ništa ne nedostaje, uvijek je na raspolaganju za sve što vam zatreba. Obavezno probati Ivanovu spizu u konobi, a da vaš boravak bude ekstra ugodan i udoban pobrinut će se domaćin. Mi smo stvarno uzivali i opustili se i sigurno se vraćamo opet. Svaka čast

Danijela was the best host we could ask for, she provided everything and more (big hvala again for the welcome drinks and the pancakes!!!), there were sampoo, sunscreen, shower gel, and more in the bathroom The place itself was clean, has great location, close to the beach (3 mins), and the old town (~20 mins by foot), the outdoor space and the kitchen is convenient, and a big big plus: the AC!!

What you see on the pictures is what you get! Absolutely amazing location, we think the best possible house on that stretch of the coast. We stayed before the height of the season, so I can't speak for the rest of the summer, but for us it was very calm, quiet, and uncrowded. The apartment is small but cozy, has everything you need, the balcony is a godsend to enjoy the view and soak in the sea breeze. Vesna was a great host, very accommodating and communicative, really did her best to keep us well-informed and feeling welcome. We would confidently recommend this place!

Apartman je uredan, komforan, moderno namješten, ušuškan, dovoljno topao i za zimske uvjete. Kuhinja je dobro opremljena. Smješten u samom srcu starog grada, mirno je i tiho. Sve potrebno je na par minuta hoda, parking (podzemna garaža) Poljane je na 5 min od smještaja. Pet friendly je, tako da je i naš Guliver uživao u svom prvom putovanju. Ana je ugodan domaćin i vrlo brzo odgovara na upite. Sigurno ćemo doći ponovo :)

We arrived in the morning and were able to check in right away, the location was amazing. Everything in very good condition and equipped very well - from knives to dishwasher tabs to bandaids, we didn’t miss a thing. We especially enjoyed our terrace with the olive tree in the center and the ocean not farther than 5 meters away. Morning swims, breakfast with ocean view, sunbathing, mali and veli can be reached by foot,… we really enjoyed our stay and wanted to thank mario again for the amazing service 🙌🏼

We've had a great stay at Damir's place. Damir turned out to be a fantastic host, super nice, friendly and very helpful. He welcomed us personally and showed us around the appartment. He provided us with a lot of tips concerning the area, places to eat and things to visit, showing us all on the map. There were even some snacks prepared and cold drinks in the fridge. The appartment itself is extremely clean. It's located in a beautiful and calm area with bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is just around the corner. There's also a supermarket a few steps away. You can reach the old town in a few minutes by taking the bus or have a nice walk along the coast which will take about 30 minutes. The bus stop is just 2 minutes away from the appartment. The apparment has a huge balcony where you can have your morning coffee or use the grill in the evening. It's very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. It's very bright and spacious. We really felt like home.

Sehr saubere und räumlich großzügige Unterkunft. Wir waren zu viert mit Hund bei leider nicht so schönem Wetter (Daueregen) dort. Deshalb konnten wir uns im Haus sehr schön aufhalten, und jeder hatte seinen Freiraum. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt, und Nina war eine sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Umgebung hat uns allerdings nicht so zugesagt, es war (vermutlich auch der Jahreszeit geschuldet) alles wie ausgestorben (trotz der Osterwoche). Ein kleiner Kiosk und ein kleines Bistro waren das einzige, was fußläufig erreichbar war. Alles in allem war es ein sehr erholsamer Kurztripp. Danke Nina.

We stayed here for 2 nights and everything was so perfect. Maja is a great host and we felt like home. She was very responsive and provided useful tips and recommendations. Checkin was smooth and she provided clear instructions. We just absolutely loved the location of this apartment as there are lot’s of bars, restaurants, etc. as it’s right in the heart of old town. Absolutely loved it!! Would love to stay again at this apartment in the future as well. Highly recommended.

Wir (eine fünfköpfige Familie) haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt in Damirs Poolhaus. Der Ausblick und der Pool sind absolutes Highlight. Unsere 3 Kinder waren nicht so sehr an Ausflügen interessiert, so dass wir viel Zeit im Pool verbracht haben - was einem bei dieser Location aber auch absolut nicht schwer fällt. :) Der Weg zum Strand ist fußläufig gut machbar und ein Sandstrand so auch erreichbar. Der Rückweg in großer Hitze ist für die Kids jedoch etwas anstrengend. Das Haus an sich bietet alles was man braucht - und wenn etwas fehlt ist Damir jederzeit erreichbar. Alles in allem hat es uns super gefallen und wir würden es jederzeit weiter empfehlen!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Studio ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben sich sehr viel mühe einen schönen Garten zu haben. Direkt vor der Tür ist ein Pool welcher Tagsüber zu jeder Zeit genutzt werden kann. Es sind Tische und Stüle draussen an welchen man essen kann. Alles war sehr Sauber und aufgeräumt. Zu Fuss zum stadtzentrum sind es 30min. Mit Bolt oder Uber pro weg ca 7€ (5min). Vielen Dank für alles.

Fantastic place with fantastic hosts. The apartment is as advertised with a wonderful view overlooking Krk Island. The welcome meal provided by Marino was brilliant and fed us for 2 days! Thank you!

Die Kommunikation mit Dina war von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr gut und angenehm. Schnelle Antwort. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ich kann Dina, ihren Mann und das wunderschöne Haus nur empfehlen. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder für einen Urlaub buchen.

Excellent accommodation with a fantastic outdoor space in a peaceful village location. Milan is very friendly and kind. A car is needed to explore the area of Zadar and further afield but you could easily enjoy your time staying at the property relaxing and enjoying the outdoor facilities.

Ubytovanie bolo skvele, ciste a plne vybavene pre kazdodennu potrebu a aj omnoho viac. Kedze sme prisli skor, kvoli cestovaniu s babetkom dovolili nam pockat pri bazene odnavigovali nas na plaz a pripravili apartman co bolo velmi mile. Mali sme moznost chodit na 3 rozne plaze kde sme boli vacsinou sami alebo macimalne 10 ludi a z toho vacsina domaci, co bolo skvele. Chybajuci obchod v dedine nebol problem. Do 30 minut autom boli velke potraviny a do dediny chodilo kazdy den auto s potravinami. Hostitel nas na vsetko upozornil a dokonca sme dostali rady kam na vylet alebo na nakupy. Ubytovabie bolo skvele na oddych, pokoj a aj s malym babetkom to bola velmi prijemna dovolenka. Naozaj krasne miesto a velmy mily hostitel.

We stayed for 2 weeks at Ivo's place and had a wonderful holiday there. The apartment is very well-designed, cozy, and comfortable. You will find everything you need. The pool was a real must during the hot summer days, and the children loved it. By the way, they're adding a gym next to the pool, making it a real draw for sporty travelers. Additionally, the location is ideal: the charming and vibrant medieval district, the nearest beach, the shops, and the restaurants are just a few steps away from the apartment. Krka National Park, the Wall of Oštrica, the beach at Grebaštica, and many other landmarks and attractions are also nearby. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to explore the region and enjoy the charm of Croatia.

Lorena's houses are AMAZING. We had a trip for 5 days with 2 kids under 2. Two separated rooms was perfect for us. Houses are geniously equipped, you will find there everything whats needed. The dishwasher and laundry is an additional detail which was very good to have. Houses are perfectly located, nearby the centre and bus station (where you can go eg to Split or Krka national park). Close you will also have a supermarket where you can buy totally everything. Definitely we will recommend this place to friends and maybe go back to Zadar again in the future.
