New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Friend. Kitchen section with fridge, pour, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and vc. Air heat pump! Self outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Kayak is available to hire for a trip on the river or out on the lake. To the center of Karlstad it is about 8 km. There is oven/microwave, stovetop and fridge/freezer. TV is available (streaming). Double bed (160x200cm) and a separate air mattress (a total of three sleeping places). Travel cot for baby to rent. Bed and towels are included. Welcome!

House 40 meters from lake Vänern. Completely renovated during 2018 with new kitchen, bathroom, bedroom etc. A small boat can be used by the guest. (not during november-march due to ice) Equipped with all modern things like AC, fiber internet, etc. There is one double bed in the main bedroom. In the guest room there is 2 beds. An inflatable bed could be used if you need more beds. You can relax, take a swim or walk in the forest. It’s as relaxing during summer as during winter.

Nice Cabin 6 people with outdoor spa and peaceful location.

Egen liten stuga på 52m2 + 25m2 loft och stor altan med utomhus bubbelbad för 6 personer. Mycket modert och fint boende för sig själv med värden i eget hus på tomten. Egen parkeringsplats med plats för 3 bilar. I direkt anslutning till vänern och 12km bilvägen in till stora torget Karlstad. Liten eka med elmotor finns att tillgå om så önskas. Har man egen båt med sig kan man lägga den vid bryggan. Sommartid kan man få låna mindre båt med elmotor (se bild)
