Bank, post office, train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18-hole course.

Berglagsleden route is a well-known hiking route of 280 km right by the house. We overlook a lake where you can enjoy fishing no fishing license needed. Swimming, sailing, canoeing and paddleboarding. Within walking distance, you will find a café restaurant, supermarket and pastry shop. We are surrounded by the forest. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)
