Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Kaş

We loved the location of the house, it is an incredibly quiet, calm, relaxing house. Everything is available at home, we had no difficulties, we look forward to coming again. Thank you very much to Mr. Hasan

We were warmly welcomed by Seher in front of the house. A very nice, loving hostess. We entered the apartment with enthusiasm. Cleanliness and care were very good. There is everything you need. The view from the terrace was the most beautiful. The view from above of Kalkan and the sea was magical. We were spoiled with treats by Seher and her adorable daughter. A really successful stay, we recommend it.

Cemile's place is perfect. The bed on the second floor is done the way you see the sea first, when you wake up. Great feeling, very nice. Kitchen is perfect, BBQ zone is great. Please note, the location is quite private, so you'd better have your own transport (rental car or smth)

Everything was very clean and tidy. We were able to meet all our needs related to the place and the environment. As stated, it was very close to everywhere. The fact that it was close to the road and there was noise did not bother us much. Only the pool was smaller than expected.

A complete oasis of peace. You are completely spared from everyday stress and annoying people. You are completely private. If even locals drive by/going by, they can't see anything. The house and surroundings are simply a dream. I can only recommend it for those who would like to protect their privacy and love nature. You could expand the kitchen utensils a little but you can cook great despite it. We were there for 5 days, I wish we could stay longer. Mr. Tarkan was very helpful and was always available. The pool was totally clean and beautiful. Long talk briefly, I highly recommend it.

We were very satisfied with our 5-day family vacation. The house was above our expectations in every way. We did not need any shopping except for food and drink. Everything we were looking for was available at home. The host, Ms. İlknur, was also very helpful and caring. I am sure that it will make the next future guests happy in terms of both the equipment and the view of the house.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The location is absolutely beautiful — surrounded by olive trees, with a stunning view of the sea. It’s incredibly peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. At night, you can see so many stars — it’s magical. The villa itself is comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. We truly felt at home and would love to come back again. Thank you for a perfect stay!

First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Melek for her very quick communication. We were guests as 2 families. We were greeted by her parents and we really felt at home:) There was a large environment where they would move comfortably, especially for our young children, both inside the house and in the garden of the house. In summary, the cleaning order was very good, thank you very much for your efforts:)

We stayed at Buket's place for a week and we enjoyed it so much we didn't want to leave. The apartment has a wonderful balcony with a jacuzzi which you could sit and look at an amazing view of the bay surrounded by snow capped mountains. The apartment has everything we needed and was very comfortable except the bed was a little hard for us. Buket communicated very effectively although we didn't meet her, we were fortunate to meet her charming father and her beautiful mother. We both loved Kalkan and hopefully one day we will return to stay at Buket's beautiful apartment.

We stayed at Meltem’s place for two weeks and would definitely recommend! The location is great, as it’s close to town and whether you have a car or not you won’t have issues as there’s also a dolmuş (bus) stop close by. The view is lovely, and being a bit higher up means you get some mountain breeze! The apartment itself was also lovely, and clean! We had most things we’d need but as we were staying a little longer there was the odd thing missing - but Meltem was very helpful and would immediately bring anything extra we asked for. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning to Kaş and would love to stay here again! Thank you to Meltem and her husband for a lovely stay 🙏🏻

Just returned from a week at Alper’s apartment. The apartment was as described and pictured on the site and was perfect for our needs. The plunge pool on the balcony was what made me book this apartment and was much needed for cool downs during the day if we stayed “home”. I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Kalkan and would recommend it to friends. Alper himself was the perfect host, checking in to see if we needed anything (which we didn’t as all was perfect) but also leaving us to enjoy our holiday. I also arranged our airport transfer via Alper as he runs a very well respected “taxi” company in Kalkan. The driver was on time, the vehicle was spotlessly clean, had WiFi and air conditioning and we were each given a bottle of water as we got in. I cannot fault the Apartment, transfer and the general friendliness of everyone we met during our week in Kalkan. Thank you Alper and perhaps we will see you again in the future.

This unit is on the second floor. There are two flights of stairs, plus three more stairs. The unit has three windows, and a sliding glass door. All windows and the door have lovely views. The location is out of town. If you have a car that's no problem as the roads are in good condition, plus there's off road parking. I did not use the bus, but the bus stop is directly across the street adjacent to the "camouflaged" dumpster. You will know it when you see it. Driving into Kas is quite straightforward, as long as you DON'T enter town from the top. That's a crazy route! I suggest avoiding it. The drive between Kas and Kalkan is spectacular. I preferred the restaurants in Kalkan, especially Zircus Kalkan. The food is great and the atmosphere is world class. Also, Migros supermarket in Kalkan is quite easy to access and has off street parking, although the lot is tight. I highly recommend this unit. The views are sublime and, in my opinion, beat being in town.

The house was spotless, the view was great. The host was very caring. There was nothing missing in the house. When the sofa bed in the living room is opened, it is a little uncomfortable. When it is used as a bed, it can hurt your back if you do not put a duvet or something on it. Although it is a loft, the slope of the ceiling in the area of use is never a problem. It was a very comfortable house. Close to the center.
