Monthly Rentals in Kathu

The apartment was new and clean. It was a good stay. James and his wife were responsive and helpful, but the address given by Airbnb was not correct. I took a first taxi to the wrong address given by Airbnb then I had to take a second one to the correct address given by James later.

I enjoyed staying at Sam's place. It is very quiet, but located a short walk from a Thai food market, 7/11, Lotus, etc. Grabbing necessities was easy, and with a motorbike you can get to most of island in 15 minutes. Would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay here a lot. Vasilis is great with communication and the place is honestly well equipped for a long stay. You can get your toiletries, snacks and any daily items at the 711 right next door and the neighborhood has some cool places to chill at nearby. Also, the place is well-located, maybe like 15 min to Patong. The gym is a bit lacking, but the pools are nice and the complex feels safe. Would recommend.

Such a beautiful place. It is in perfect location, close to all attractions. The host even provided snacks for us. Their place and them, both are warm and lovely!
