Bardzo fajne miejsce na mapie katowic, zaraz obok parku Śląskiego. Sam apartament duży, czysty, przyjemnie urządzony. Jest wszystko co potrzeba. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzami.

Perfect location in the centre of the city, right next to the shopping mall so lots of places to eat and visit. Room was clean and tidy, easy to access and not too noisy. very happy.

For me Kasia’s place is what Airbnb should be about. It’s a real place ran by a real person, who cares about your experience. It’s not an IKEA box ran by a faceless company that bought up an entire building. I enjoyed my stay in Kasia’s apartment, it’s well located and comes with a lot of local recommendations. The place is pretty big and very cosy. It comes with everything you could need and I don’t doubt that if you needed something else, Kasia would do whatever she could to help. I would return in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location was perfect—within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions and great restaurants. The apartment itself was spotless, private, and very comfortable. Our host was always available and attentive whenever we needed anything, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Kdyby bylo možné dát více jak 5 hvězdiček, rozhodně bych je pro toto airbnb dala. Hostitelé byli flexibilní a vstřícní. Rozhodně doporučuji!

Velmi jsme si to tam užili. Ubytování čisté a uklizené. paní hostitelka byla velice příjemná a hodná.

Ich kann Henryks Zimmer sehr empfehlen. die Lage ist perfekt; nahe dem historischen Zentrum mit wunderbaren Blick über die Stadt. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet und Henryk und seine Frau sind aufmerksame und geistvolle Gastgeber. Ich komme sicher wieder

The stay was incredibly pleasant. Area was very well kept, along with having every amenity needed throughout our visit working properly. Toiletries, additional towels, coffee machine, many different teas to chose from, culinary utensils and a very comfortable bed made this stay a memorable one. Tomasz was responsive whenever we had questions or needed some help with something, always happy to assist. Conveniently there is a grocery store (Lidl) and pharmaceutical store (Rossman) located only about 5 minutes walking distance from the Airbnb, and a bus stop with many buses going to the center as well. The neighborhood is new, clean, friendly environment, right next to a historical Radio tower surrounded by a nice little park (which you have a great view of when sitting on the couch!) To sum up - outstanding place for an incredibly good price! Great place to stay when one wishes to have easy access to the city but not sleep in the center. Mieszkanie zapewnia wszystko czego potrzeba. Dojazd możliwy komunikacją publiczną jednak zdecydowanie wygodniej własnym transportem. Dobry dojazd do Gliwic, Rybnika oraz w razie potrzeby w kierunku Zabrza, Chorzowa czy Katowic. Właścicielka bardzo pomocna. Szczerze polecam.

Ubytování bylo krásné, čisté a ve finále ještě hezčí, než na fotkách. Hned jsem se zabydlela a cítila se jako doma. Rozhodně bych přijela znovu. Děkuji❤️

U pána Romana sme sa cítili dobre a hlavne bezpečne nato v akej lokalite sme boli. Bytový dom bol tichý takze super. Veľmi kvitujem parkovanie ktoré je za bránou a nemá k nemu nikto cudzí priestor aj kamery v objekte. Čo sa týka čistoty bytu potreboval by poriadne vyupratovať ale ja som na upratovanie ako monk čiže menej náročným určite stačí. Inak bol byt relatívne v poriadku.

My mom and I stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed our time. The apartment is very well equipped and exactly as described. The two bedrooms are completely separate (which is not always the case in many places!) and everything was spotlessly clean. We felt at home right away. Communication with Bedřich was easy and friendly – he responded quickly, explained everything in detail, and check-in was super smooth. We arrived by car and always found a parking space nearby without any problems. There’s a supermarket within walking distance, and the tram stop is also very close – just three stops to the city centre. I would absolutely recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay!
